Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dallas - Grand Prairie I-20, an IHG Hotel

We loved the variety of food there was at breakfast, the beds were so comfortable, the pool was a good size, and housekeeping would go to the room every morning to put new towels and pick up the trash. Also, we loved the area it was at because the places we visited were nearby. Finally, the fact that there was a gym and a washer/dryer available was a plus.

Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't liked.

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The room that I stayed in had a heart shaped jacuzzi that was excellent. The shower had great pressure and the design was very appealing and upscale. The bed was extremely comfortable, I love the bedding, very soft and was very elegant. There is a Cinema across the road with several restaurants within walking distance. The location was easy to find, This is my new favorite hotel, it is worth every penny.

everything was excellent

Breakfast was Great and location was great, we came from Oklahoma to the 360 Family and Implant Dentistry and it was easy to get to from your Hotel, it was on that side of I-20. Planning a few more trips to that Dentist and hoping to stay at this same Holiday Inn Express.We lived that IHOP was right next door,also!

The Rate per night.

It met my expectations for a local Neighborhood Hotel slightly off the main road. In fact I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again because of it's cleanliness and modern appearances. Considering I had stayed at other Hotels in the area that would cost much more than I paid, I think this was a good price.

The single draw back: The night clerk that was on duty could stand more customer service training. He didn't appear to want to be at work.

it was very clean! the location was great! and the breakfast was amazing!!

the jacuzzi area had a lot of ants! we got pretty bit up. If not for the ants the jacuzzi was really nice and relaxing! our room was nice and clean, but our shower wouldn’t drain, we had to shower quickly so it wouldn’t overflow 😢and our ac worked very intermittently so it was either freezing or hot in there. but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The facility was very nice and clean. You can smell and see how clean it was when you first walk into the hotel. The staff was very nice and respectful. We loved the breakfast. They had a variety of different food. Will be staying there again.

We liked everything.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! I have stayed at many holiday inns and most of them have minimal food for breakfast. The only hot item is the coffee. Other hotels have yogurts, maybe fruit and cold cereal. At this holiday inn I felt full with a very tasty breakfast. This Holiday Inn has a wonderful cook. We thank her for her efforts in providing a fulfilling and delicious breakfast.

When me and my family walked in to check in the place smelt very clean . Beds were very comfortable and room was clean . They had amazing breakfast in the morning .This Hotel is also located in a very good neighborhood with lots of lighting and price was great for two nights . Will definitely be staying here again

Breakfast was wonderful! Hot and a big selection of choices. My 7 year old grand daughter loved the choices. It was clean! The staff was great! The lady serving breakfast was super! The pool and spa area was nice and relaxing! Bathroom had everything we needed down to the mouthwash! Beds were clean and comfy! They had a mini fridge in the room which made it helpful to store medical supplies that needed to stay cold. We would definitely stay here again!

The windows opened up. Got to hear the birds. The roadway was close but the noise from the vehicles wasn't over powering. Nice location. Wasn't too far from the activities we planned to do.

There wasn't a sign pointing to the elevators, nor did they tell us where to find them. Common sense isn't so common after a long road trip. BTW, It's to the right. No waffles. But I'm not sure they even offered it before the pandemic.
