Price was great and the room was clean and staff was super friendly! Breakfast was also pretty decent

The main reason for me choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle since it’s so close to the airport. Arrive in Dallas at 10:15 AM and when I got my bags and called for the shuttle it was no longer running (Only runs between 5-11 am) ok fine, but my flight leaving was at 9:30 am so I thought I would be fine, called downstairs and they stated Shuttle doesn’t run on Sundays?! I mean they shouldn’t have airport shuttle as an option or be more specific on their site that the shuttle is intermittent at best and shouldn’t be a reason you pick this hotel in my opinion

Friendly fast efficient check in. Clean facilities and easy to navigate. Kid friendly.

My son fell twice, partly his fault and partly no. The small ramp on the way to the elevator, the flooring there is a little bubbled…..not smooth. Also the staff was mopping and my son ran out of the bathroom (yes he ran which he shouldn’t have but he was excited for making a successful bathroom visit hahah) and slipped on the floor where they were mopping. The slippery floor sign was around the corner in front of the elevator. I think there should have been another sign for the main corridor where they were mopping. A few more precautions for kids.

The room was spacious and very clean with modern furnitures and fixtures. We appreciate the lay out of the room, very different from a usual tight hallway. When the door opens, there was an open entrance way with coat hangers & mirror on one side, an open clothes hangers on top of a mini refrigerator. A very functional  bench serves as seating, shoe rack or put the luggage.  Room is well lit with big open window. Comfortable beds and chair. Several USB ports. Bathroom is bright and clean with towels and toiletries in eco-friendly refillable containers.  Wifi is strong. Cable and smart TV access. Water pressure is good. The lobby is open. Great sitting. Good spots for business meet ups.

We didn't  sleep very much because of the noise from the room on top of us. Whatever it was,  it felt like someone was walkinh back and forth. Room is not sound proof at all. Ugh!  For people with disabilities or nerve issues, it is hard to squeeze those toiletry (liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioners and lotions) containers. A simple pump,press or better yet no-touch release containers will be better to il than these squeezable one. Wish there was turn on/off switch for all lights near the bedside. 

It was fair. Everything was fresh, though limited to basic and processed foods, it was definitely adequate and can’t complain. The coffee was good and staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated Crystal (front staff) for orienting me to the area and then extending my check out time as well.

I’m not sure anything could have been better, for my budget. All things considered it was more than adequate all the way around. The only thing that could have been better would have been a call back from my estranged sister, which has nothing to do with y’all! Btw-extra credit in a comfy mattress and comforter set!

The clean, modern design of the hotel and rooms are right up my alley. Great setup in the common lobby area for working, relaxing, playing pool and the nicest surprise of all...Lavassa coffee in the lobby!! This is the brand I choose at home for my espresso machine and made for a very pleasant - "at home" feel to my morning.

Perhaps a wider selection of healthy food choices for sale.

Community patio with games is a great idea. Our family really enjoyed mingling with other guest and playing a few rounds of corn hole!

Only issue was the bed frames. All of us kept running into the corners of the frames that stick out further than the bedding. Made a few trips to front desk for bandaids to patch cuts just under the knee caps.

The rooms were really spacious, we stayed in a two queen bedroom and usually these rooms are very cramped, but this one had so much extra room which is helpful with storing luggage and any purchases you make during your stay without making you feel so claustrophobic. Was close to a lot of food spots as well.

I don’t have any complaints.

absolutely love that atmosphere of this place. love the 24/7 snack options, very nice for someone like me who wakes up in the middle of the night craving something small. love that the rooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in these super cool squeeze bottles. the beds were extremely comfortable and when you first walk into the room, the tv has your name on it and that’s just so sweet and personalized.

Cleanliness was wonderful! Close to the airport. Quiet I was able to sleep or work without noise distractions. Mini gym clean and had good equipment. Breakfast had pancakes and bagels (toaster) Soap smelled divine (sweet citrus lemon)

The breakfast area was clean but not well organized. I felt like I was always looking for something utensils, cups, ketchup, salsa...

The hotel is brand new and has a fresh look. Express but Good breakfast options - oats and fruit and omelette with sausage. Staff were amazing and location great! close to airport which we needed and an airport shuttle.

It was exactly what we needed. a lovely place to sleep before our flight back.
