Yours is a really nice property which is in direct proximity to my family there in Mo City!

I'd like for the Desk Staff to be a little more attentive and customer centered. The front desk was unattended a preponderance of the time during my visit. I literally walked behind the desk into an office area and yelled, "HELLO" upon my arrival. Additionally, I had to wait in the lobby until someone appeared behind the desk a few times.

The front desk crew Alex and Roxy were great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected.

The hot water handle in the shower was confusing. Usually, hot water is to the far left. This is the first one I've ever seen or hot water was in the middle. I think The plumber was confused when he did the installation of the shower cartridge.

The location and the quality of the place. Breakfast was great and so was the coffee.

They have some sort of weird charge each night for incidentals. When I called before hand to ask, I was lied to by a staff member. I had a long stay so that was problematic.

The rooms are excellent value for money and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent and there is a good variety of options available for breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly.

the hotel staff were helpful and friendly! location was perfect. i would definitely stay again! beds were comfy and breakfast was not bad :)

i think they use a 3rd party cleaning company… some days my room was cleaned, some days it was not.. did not replace toilet roll and one day left thick black hairs on my sink counter top 🤮most of the time the cleaning was average though.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were many different items to choose from, including the choice of non-dairy items, which actually caught me by surprise. Very well done on the choices.

I didn't quite like the cleanliness of the room. There were smudges on the mirror and the microwave which was slightly concerning, but other than that, the room was decent.

Breakfast had Good verity and cleanliness around the area. Workers very nice and helpful.

Requested early chick in, as we had a wedding at 3 pm , but we did not granted the request due to room was not ready . But over all we had a great experience.

Elevator took over 10 minutes to arrive, had to take stairs from 3rd floor. Told front desk. 2nd day same issue, while waiting for the elevator another guest mentioned they waited the night before for 15 minutes.

The location and it was nice and comfortable.

Just had a smell like the building is old need to have like scents that make it smell nice and new in the building but other than that it was all good and nice place to stay.

It was okay, guess according to the rates. The carpet had black stains, the first iron did not work properly, the water pressure was low in the sink and the bath tub did not drain well. Last night there was a ruckus caused by some semi clad woman in the hall way at 2 am and it took some time before someone came to get her off the property. Just wanted to inform the management that things can be improved with a little more attention. Thanks
