Holiday Inn Express & Suites- Sugar Land SE - Missouri City, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast had a variety of options with low carb healthy options and nothing ran out. There was always plenty of food and beverages. Coffee had coffemate creamer, not just half and half and sugar. Everything was so clean and new. Easy access to everything in Houston and near by. There is a changing table in the women's public restroom which was a huge score after breakfast. The pool was very clean and well maintained. There is a clean workout center on site. There are sanitizing stations throughout the building. We got a crib provided for the five nights we stayed. The beds were so comfortable after spending a fun day in Houston. Easy access to internet was a plus and there are meeting rooms and laptop charging tables in the lobby. Love the side door entry when parking is maxed out with easy tap key entry. Our trash cans were emptied every day to keep the room smell free and clean after diaper changes and pullups dumped in the trash.

Our beds weren't made every day so we had to start making our beds after the first night of five nights. We didn't get fresh towels every day and they were wet after the first morning replacement. We ran out of shower liquids towards the last night of our stay because there was five of us to take a bath.

We loved the location. Could not have asked for a better location.

Did not care for the breakfast. There were not a great selection of food to choose from. The food was not warm. The coffee had grinds in it. House keeper's did not clean our room not one time even though it was available to be cleaned, and towels needed to be replaced, and no toilet paper.

Housekeeping went into our room 405 before we checked out and threw away my friends entire meal from the fridge slong with unopened water and two cokes It was a bit frustrating and disappointing because he paid 30.00 for the meal from Turkey Leg Hut.

The coffee downstairs in the breakfast bar was very good, best I've had at a hotel. I liked idea of the thick, vinyl screen on the window to help black out the room. The room size was unexpectedly large and it was very clean. The internet was typically weird to log into, but it was adequate to stream a couple hours of Hulu. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked decent. Overall, the hotel seemed pretty new and clean. The shower was great!

I'd rather have a more secure network for internet access, although that may not matter much, as I use a VPN. I guess I'd rather not have to use a VPN, because goodbye Netflix in that situation. The toilet seemed loose. The thick screen on the window that I lowered when I first got there did not go back up when I wanted the light to come in. I think thick curtains may work better.

Overall excellent experience all staff are friendly, breakfast very good ,all family have a great experience and we always give priority to choose your hotel whenever we plan to visit USA.

I loved the location of the building, which wasn’t far from my relatives at the time of visiting. Also, it was near a lot of places I wanted to visited. On the other hand, the bed was extremely comfortable and the food service was great!

I didn’t like how the room was not as cleaned as we hoped while staying there. There were a few spots and dirt noticed as if the room wasn’t deep cleaned before arriving. That made us feel a bit uncomfortable due to what’s happening around the world as it is with so much sickness.

The staff was very friendly. Went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The hotel was immaculately clean. Our bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. The breakfast was good.

How clean and friendly it was there. we felt very safe. and everywhere they had sings with safety info regarding COVID.

The Breakfast was pretty cheap. Like stuff a company would buy in bulk or under cooked but still much better that most places.and the key card don't work 30 minutes before check out. i was locked out while getting a cart to load our bags on.

The room is bigger than I thought. The bed is really comfy. The bathroom also quite impressive, it looks nice and big. They also provides shampoo, good quality one. I would rate my stay 5 stars and will recommend to everyone when they needs a place to stay.

Cleanliness, design and decor friendly and all the amenities like ironing board and iron. Food was excellent, cool pancake machine and service was great. Easy free parking and super quiet room.

More lounge chairs. 0nly (2)... Pool should be card key operated. Bottle of water should be put in room upon arrival. And bowl of fruit at arrival desk. Candy given one at a time.
