Hampton Inn Houston Stafford

The front desk. Breakfast. Check in check out is fast and efficient. Pool is quiet I doors. Spa is perfect. Water in both was excellent. Peletone bike 👍🏻 gym machines 👍🏻 temperature great because it was hot outside . Fyi la quinta next door had no water on any floor nor for the toilets. For over 3 hours.

There is not anything I did not like.

Although there was an extra $100 added on incidental that we were not aware of, everything was amazing! Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean along with every hallway and corner. The indoor pool was spot on when it came to relaxation! Lastly the complementary breakfast was beyond amazing, it's not the typical small Continental breakfast we were used to. A 10/10 stay for sure 👌🏽

Surprise of the $100 incidental fee.

The hotel was great, no issues.

I did not like that I had issues at check in because the payment from Booking.com kept getting decline. I prepaid Booking.com since it required me to prepaid, then Booking.com credit card would not go thru, we tried to call Booking.com two times, each time the person we talk to would hang up on us. It was a big mess! I seriously double I will be using booking.com again, this has happen to me before!

It was Very quiet, didn’t hear people engaging in intercourse, no parties, breakfast was great and I was NOT expecting it to be. The pool and gym were available. My husband refuses to stay anywhere unless it the Hampton, we have never had a bad experience with any Hampton EVER! And they offered us water and as I was checking out ask did I need anything else before I leave!

Maybe if there was more of the cart things that you roll your belongings on that won’t be the only thing I can think of.

A good hotel for the money you are paying. It is between Sugarland and Chimney Rock so it was convenient for me to move to either direction. There was ample parking space and the staff was very helpful too. I stayed there twice during my visit to Houston.

Super nice and super clean rooms! Wonderful breakfast buffet both days. Also liked the plug/USB station in the room. Nice pool area too!

I had my stay prepaid and the woman at the desk kept insisting I needed to pay despite giving her the booking number until I pulled out my phone and showed her the paid confirmation. Also, both keys demagnetized Saturday afternoon and there was no one at the desk when we checked out on Sunday shortly before noon.

the free breakfast and it was clean. the pool was good they should really get the hot tub back up and running

I didn’t like that booking.com doesn’t mention the $100 hotel deposit that would’ve been nice to know

Location was close to Ihop so we could buy breakfast.

Went to go get breakfast at 9:15 and the lady behind the counter very rudeley said breakfast was over. No were did it say breakfast was over at 9am or was told when we checked in. There was breasfast in the box beside her and she refuse to give out any saying breakfast end at 9am .

Breakfast was limited am sure some of that was covid related.

Needed sugar free syrup option for waffles Toppings for oatmeal Fitness room was really hot air was set on 66 but room felt like 86

The breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed all the options the oatmeal the sausage and biscuit was great too!

I enjoyed my stay and I can’t complain! The front desk allowed me a little late checkout as I was in a zoom meeting.I was very appreciative that I could stay a bit longer!
