I've booked at this location several times and I love it every time. It's clean and has everything you could need. The gym is beautiful and there's a nice pool. The front desk lady was so nice to me and made me feel welcomed as always. I will be staying for work again soon.
I wish they had a few more toiletries in the bathroom. I didn't bring conditioner because I thought there would be a travel size but there wasn't. The room was also blowing at 62 degrees when I arrived, so it was freezing most of the time without any extra blankets around. The wifi was okay.

I did not eat there and the location was where I needed to be to visit family/friends. I DID receive an answer from management of the hotel regarding the forceful mandate letter I received requiring masking! It was a start in improving customer relations regarding unlawful mask mandates.
The letter I got before arriving and after my rate was non-refundable telling me it was MANDATED that I wear a mask!

check in was a hassle. It took her over 30 minutes or longer to check us in- our card was swipe so many times that our bank locked our card😕I’m not sure the young lady knew what she was doing because there was no issues with our card according to our bank.

I’ve stayed here before and this time was close to the Smart Financial Center for a show I was attending. in addition, it is a short drive to any type of restaurants in the area and, a short drive to Houston if you need to be there as well.

location was perfect, only 3 minutes from my family’s home…very quiet, loved the mobile check-in/ check-out & digital key
was not aware that there would be no housekeeping, did not like the fact that we had to keep going to front desk to ask for towels

loved the common areas, Texas waffles and coffee in the lobby, close to shopping and the rooms with the curtain divider really made it feel cozy and as noiseless as a hotel can be; and a dog park!

The lady at breakfast 😋 was very helpful and polite. Very nice that she kept it open for us and didnt rush us even tho we were 15 mins over 9am eating. It was nice to be so relaxed and having breakfast here.
