Comfort Suites

Breakfast is good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread for toasting. The room was very comfortable, very clean, lots of room to spread out in a room with a king bed and couch. We like the modern updates to the rooms. The staff has been very accommodating.

The hotel has been recently renovated but the shower heads and fixtures need to be updated as well. The door handle on the door to the stairwell from the lobby is still broken. We've been staying at this hotel on our frequent trips to Nacogdoches so we've gotten to see the transformation during the past several months.

Breakfast was good! The kids liked the pool, even though it is not heated. The staff was very helpful and kind.

They were remodeling the entire second floor which I was unaware of when we got the room. I also picked this hotel for the fitness center they have, but almost all the equipment was broke or falling apart which was disappointing. Also they have construction going on, so to get across the street you had to make u-turns in heavy traffic which was a tad annoying. We did have to keep asking for fresh towels.

Clean and quiet. Easy to find. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Staff was excellent.

We had to have assistance getting in the hotel room. Key card reader malfunction. Hotel snack store was out of almost all of its stock.

Very good experience from the time I checked in till the time I left.

Only Improvement I could see was the fact that the hot water took forever to warm up and then it would go hot and cold hot and cold while you're in the shower

Loved the color scheme of the clean room, the lobby and front desk were very welcoming. Would definitely book again when coming into town. Breakfast was food also, two different waffle makers, so not a long wait.

Had issues with tv..connection problems but don't watch much tv....and let staff know for fixing for next guest

the staff most were very helpful.

At some occasions, when we needed the room cleaning and picked up. They did not change the bedsheets.

The shower had used soap and shampoo bottles, like the shower wasn’t cleaned. There was a roach in the bed when we first entered the room

The breakfast was great! I would only suggest putting out knives with the plasticware and add Turkey Bacon for the non pork eaters!

There are 3 large dumpsters in the front parking lot. there are building materials stacked at front t entrance. Not very appealing
