Clean staff was very nice. Pillows are amazing so comfortable.
Parking lot small but it works so that's good. We definitely found a spot near our room every time we left. The ac was off before we checked in so it was hot but the man at the front desk brought a fan to the room for us and we put it right in front of the ac. So we slept great. Felt like a freezer buts how we like it..

I did like the coffee...it was very good. The breakfast was packaged blueberry muffins which were very good also.
I had to call for an iron and ironing board as they were not in my room upon arrival. However, when i called the front desk the items were delivered very quickly. I was unhappy with the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance the entire stay...

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked having the small sofa and coffee table in addition to the desk and chair, since both my husband and I needed to be able to use our laptops in the room. The location is perfect for us -- directly across North Street from University Coffee -- and central to everything we needed in town. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
My only wish was for better pillows. Our king bed had four small pillows that seemed almost child-sized.

Cleanliness was somewhat questionable. it was clean just not detailed cleaned. floors were a little gritty. Lack of breakfast options was disappointing.
