Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the heart shaped biscuits. We had bacon with eggs one day with muffin and eggs and ham the next day with biscuit, so yummy. We were doing a late Valentine trip and she served it in our room, a special touch. Coffee was brought upstairs center, bright and early, which we loved. We felt right at home, stayed in the red room. Husband said it was the best trip ever! We found a great Pasta place one night and Guacamole Mexican Restaurant the next. We toured Millard's Crossing that we loved and enjoyed shopping the downtown stores. The host was kind and so interesting to talk to.

The room was beautifully furnished. The bed was super comfortable with the best sheets I have ever experienced. The breakfast was delicious and well balanced both days. The coffee was exceptional! We had wonderful conversation with the other guests both mornings as a relaxed, homey vibe was created by the owners of the house. The house is in in great location and easily in walking distance to great food, drink, and sights!

The tv was small and not in an ideal place for watching movies but that really didn't bother us at all as we had not come up to Nacogdoches to sit in bed and watch movies or tv! Just saying, if that is important to you, you would be disappointed.

The innkeepers made us a lovely breakfast both days we stayed there. Cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, muffins, biscuits, fruit salad, coffee, orange juice: all wonderful. The home itself was built in 1892 and had all the charm and character we were hoping for but also had the modern amenities like an updated bathroom and a TV in our room with streaming services or DVD choices provided. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our visit with the innkeepers who were very hospitable and kind. The location of their B&B is tucked into a nice residential neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown Nacogdoches. We would definitely return and stay there again!

Our family has gotten too big to stay at one house for Christmas, so the oldest generation stayed at this B&B. This was a perfect place! All the kindness, great food, decorations, and holiday spirit that Kim and Michael showed us was exactly what I wanted and hoped for in a B&B at Christmas. Thanks for the wonderful stay and hope to see you next year.

Great location, being able to walk into the historic downtown. Parking onsite. Room (we had Crockett Room) was clean, well presented, very comfortable bed and a good size. Breakfast was great and thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the table, meeting other people during breakfast. We just had an overnight stop during a long journey, but certainly could have stayed longer - a very comfortable, relaxing stop.

This is such a lovely home 1880's Victorian home. The room was lovely and stocked with what we needed. Very clean and tidy. The bed linens were just right. Easy to operate air conditioning for the room. A TV with Roku was in the room, though we did not need it. It was close to SFU. Breakfast was fantastic. It was beautifully made, delicious, and just the right amount to start off the day. Coffee, tea, orange juice, and water were available. She took note of allergies that we noted on the reservation (and called ahead.) We were asked what time we needed breakfast to be ready. The hostess was very kind and able to answer questions we had about the area. The room we had was perfect for the three of us: my husband and myself had the king bed and our daughter who was investigating SFA had the lovely twin bed. She said her bed was very comfortable and slept well. If we had had time, there were games and books aplenty to enjoy.

For those who like very firm mattresses, this would be wonderful. We prefer softer beds. (One cannot please everyone on bed preferences.) The bedrooms are located upstairs. If one has mobility issues with stairs, coming upstairs to the front door into the home and having the rooms upstairs would be a challenge.

It was very nice to just walk in and be taken straight up to our room. No hassles or lines...Kim was there to greet us and explained what to expect. We sat on the wrap around porch for a bit and just enjoyed the calm. The breakfast she made was amazing and very filling...eggs, bacon, fruit, and a warm muffin. The room was very clean. This house is in a great location and the price is very reasonable.

The peace and quiet. The food was awesome, if you had a food allergy the owner made the proper arrangements for you.

I only had one small problem, when watching TV the program that I was watching kept glitches. But the weather was very cloudy that day so it wasn't a big problem

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and it was a nice and quiet place to stay. They made accommodation to let us check in early so we could get ready for my daughter’s graduation.

Nothing, it was the perfect place to stay for the weekend.

The flavor of a 1892 home was wonderful and the modern bed was very comfortable. Our breakfast meals were excellent and timely served.

Being March the exterior grounds could have been groomed but hadn’t been touched yet.
