Pool & Hot Tub were both awesome. Rooms were nice

All Pool lighting along wall surrounding pool was damaged. Hotel wall in pool area needs cleaning and repainted. Hotel card key would not open Door re-entering hotel from pool for any guest. Desk person had to open door each time. No milk for breakfast. Hotel room refrigerator was froze over with ice and not very cool. Owners - Step it up!

Stayed here for the Wings over Houston Airshow - first room toilet was blocked upon arrival so went to see the receptionist who immediately moved me to another room which was very nice of them. Room size was ideal and rooms were clean. Plenty of parking; wifi was good and easy to get to my destination each day. There are some restaurants at the other side of the free way so evening meals aren't an issue.

Hotel is quite hard to find as no billboard or signage saying you are there - had to use google maps to make sure I was in the right place. Breakfast options were very limited so I didn't bother with it other than a coffee.

Location & cost of the room. Also fridges and microwave in rooms were a plus.

Needs some updating. Room smelled like pets or pet urine but staffed fixed this once I said something. Front desk was very nice and helpful. They kept a bag of food in the fridge for me after check out because my flight was later that evening. Very nice!

It was relatively quiet since it was by a freeway (as many places are in the Houston area), and the breakfast was good, bed comfortable.

The curtain had dirt on the edges, like someone with dirty hands was opening it. And it didn't close tight, although didn't bother me as much as it would some people.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Hotel itself was clean.

We booked this hotel because it had a bathtub at my mom's request. There wasn't a stopper for the tub, when we asked about it, we were told to use a washcloth. We ended up going to Walmart to buy our own.

The amount of drunk people with loud music on one of our swim days. we did talk to staff about it. I’m not sure they were all register guests. They came in from the front gate and changed into swimsuits behind the fence at the back

Great location to other restaurants and stores. Great location from the facility we were visiting. Great place to stay, We would do it again. Very convenient to have our reservation ready for us. Keep up the great job.

Nothing at all staff was very nice and coutious. I loved your breakfast and the cooks offered if we wanted anything else that we could make a request.

Big room big bed it was clean unfortunately the room didn't come with bar soap tho lol I wasn't aware of that but the did have shampoo and some kind of face wash and face wash soap I don't think that was bar soap tho

The bed made a loud squeaky noise when getting on the bed .

The evening and overnight front desk staff are so amazing. I am a frequent customer and they always make me feel like it is my second home. They remember my preferences and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. The location is convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby.

The respect and friendly attitude the staff had for thier guest and for each other as a team.
