Breakfast .. Their was only one waffle maker. The line for waffles was at least 15 minutes. They need more waffle makers. They should also have at least 10-15 waffles pre-made under a warmer. they should also let guest know that their are towels at the pools so do not use the towels in the rooms. Shay at check in was very nice.

The evening lady Vernice or whatever her name is. She didnt want to give me her name or was she wearing a name tag. Her attitude was UNPROFESSIONAL,STANK AND UNACCEPTABLE!! And when we checked in our room we only had one face towel. So when I saw the cleaning lady the next , while she was cleaning. She gave me the last two face towels she had on her cart. So yes everyone didnt get a face towel. We just used our big towels to wash up.

I like that the room was big enough for my family of 6. I was glad to have a fridge for their snacks and I was glad to have a microwave for my little ones. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was able to maintain a good temperature in the room

I did not like the size of the bathroom. Also, The door would not close without some force and there was a towel shortage on the night we arrived. When dealing with a larger family showers can be challenging with bathing in such a small shower/toilet space.

We vacation quite a bit and this hotel was excellent. Normally I try and be as fair as possible for people looking for different things so I include everything in my review, but honestly the ONLY thing I found that wasn't 5stars was the mattress of the pull out trundle couch. We didn't need to use it because the couch was so large and comfortable on its own. The sheets and blankets for it were in the room already. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Not just hotel clean, it was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned and made up with no request from us. (This service had to be requested at other hotels since covid, so we weren't expecting it). They even positioned my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed with our folded blankets from home. It was a cute extra. It was quiet and close to attractions. We didn't swim in the pool because it was a cold weekend, but it looked clean. It wasn't huge and there was no hot tub, but that would be the only thing about the hotel not comparable to or surpassing Omni hotels. Honestly, the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time.

Mentioned in the good part too, only because finding bad was a stretch here.... The mattress of the trundle couch was uncomfortable, but the couch was plenty big and comfy. The pool wasn't huge and no hot tub, but it was clean and probably great to swim in if it hadn't been so cold and cloudy outside.

Overall clean and updated. Friendly staff and very helpful. Mr Vernon has an uplifting spirit and was kind, courteous. I would stay there again.

One of the elevators went out and the second one was not reliable. Overall it was not bad just walking up to the 5th floor was an ordeal for some of disabled in my party. The staff was courteous and was reliable in relaying information about the elevator.

The hotel is located near restaurants, car rentals and grocery stores, we felt safe and it is a calm area. Also it’s near hobby airport and about 45 minutes from GeorgeBush intercontinental airport. Really liked the hotel was clean, had hand sanitizer everywhere, served free water, coffee and tea 24/7. Great free wifi signal and multiple usb plugs for charging electronics in the room. The fitness room was always clean and well-equipped with new & modern treadmills and weighs. There was always someone in counter even at midnight if you needed something from the hotel. Also they had laundry room with dryer & washing machine (very useful for long stays). The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, air conditioning and had everything we needed, mine had a big window with view to the city, also a kitchen & desk area. The bathroom shower was great & always had clean towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, toilet paper, soap). Finally a great option for family or business traveling with safe, clean and calm stays.

They had a free shuttle but only for Hobby airport (not specified in the description). We needed transportation to&from another airport in the city and when I asked for help they didn’t even tried to help with other options for transportation, not even charged. Specially for international tourists it would be helpful to receive some support or guidance with basic issues concerning traveling in general. Also in the breakfast area many people were serving their food (buffet style) without a face mask even when many signs said you should wear one; and nobody told them anything, which can make many international tourists a bit uncomfortable due to covid when grabbing food that may have been in contact with others.

The room was very confortable. The appartment style of the room with a kitchen and a bed sofa is very functional. The staff is very helpful and i very much apresciated the shuttle service.

The elevator is aged but works fine.

Shuttle service to the airport. Plenty of sleeping areas for 5 people. The breakfast was good. Excellent price.

The elevators were a little scary. They constantly beeped when we got in and were a little noisy. The floor had a musky smell. The air conditioning was not great so we were hot sleeping.

Easy to get shuttle and great value for the money. Updated and clean. They offer happy hour and continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

The room which had a nice size bed and sofa bed was perfect for my family. We really enjoyed the variety of food and beverages during breakfast. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very roomy, although it was a handicapped accessible room so that made sense. Seemed like it was a new remodel? Felt like you could easily stay there long term if needed.

The half n half container smelled almost sour. I didn’t want coffee after that.
