Courtyard by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport

This was a really nice vibe. A reasonable price for an actually really nice place. I’ve had some bad experiences lately so I rely on reviews to make sure a place is decent. This place is clean, up to date & accommodating. The bed was super comfy, the shower produces are dent, the towels are soft. All around highly recommend! Not to mention the staff are so friendly & sweet. The security would wave at me, one of the front desk clerks complimented my outfits a couple times. I honestly just can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for something affordable.

There are no garbage cans anywhere. Like large ones at the end of the halls or lobby or ice room. I found that strange.

I didn't get breakfast.

The service at the cafe the first night was poor. The cafe opened at 6p. I took a shower and arrived to the cafe with my family and the person who was taking orders was very rude and told my family she ran out of food after only being open for 30 minutes.My family of 6, ( 2 children ages 2 and 6 included) had to leave the Hotel and go hunt for food during a winter storm. The lady rudely reminded me that she had fed 150 people that day earlier, which was not my problem. This is the same lady who checked me in. Very rude. Not Brenda but her co-worker.Brenda was very nice and attentive at check in and check out.

Breakfast is usually included most places I have stayed. Surprised that it was not included. I ended up having breakfast at the airport instead.

The bed was the best and check in was a breeze.

The smell of the ac when you walk in the room. The room had a cheap motel smell but I knew it was the AC. After a few minutes in the room I didn’t notice it my nose got use to the smell. Overall the room was nice.

The room was very nice and clean. Well I had a newly renovated room,so the room i had was nice. Unsure about the rest

I didnt like the fact that I reserved online king size and when I get there an hr later im told there are no kings available and now I have to get 2 double beds. At that point its like why make a reservation.

They were fast checking is in when we arrived. I let them know what time we we're arriving. They had the ready and clean for us. Staff was really nice and helpful. I really like that housekeeping will only come on your request. Overall I would love to stay again at this hotel.

cheap and close to airport. We ended up taking a shuttle to the wrong Marriott and the driver was kind enough to shuttle us over to the right one.

no food available in the hotel when we arrived (9:30 PM). It was dated. That being said, it was safe, clean, cheap and close to the airport...it served its purpose.

We have stayed at this hotel for years and staff is great and location is also great.

Mostly the vehicle parking lot situation. Lawn care in courtyard looks pretty rough. However I know many places are recovering from last months storms.

Not enough options; lack of staff caused long wait for food.

not enough staff/ lack of supplies for lunch & dinner selections. Management did not off set price of items not available to complete meal menu prices.
