I Really Enjoyed My Stay Here. I Loved The Receptionist Vanessa Lopez. She Was Very Kind, Friendly, Helpful & Respectful To Me. When Ever I Requested Something For My Room Or Had A Question She Attended & Gave Me What I Needed & Answered All My Questions.

That It Was A Lil Far & Costly For Uber Rides To & From The Event I Attended While Staying There. Other Than That I Loved & Enjoyed My Stsy There!

Room was great size, location was excellent. The front desk male clerk was very friendly. Close to a lot of things I needed. Restaurants, convenience store, HEB, dollar stores, 15 minutes to Riverwalk and greyhound.. . Great location over all.

INo complaints here. Would definitely get hotel room here again when the spurs start their season since the spurs stadium is only down the street 8 minutes.

The room itself was big and super clean. I loved the renovated bathroom which was really nice.

(2 night stay): It didn’t furnish any wash rags and only 1 hand towel. No plastic cups. I did inform the woman on duty right after I checked in. She told me that the laundry was still going and she would let housekeeping know. Nobody showed up, not that night or the next morning. The first night, there were 2 prostitutes arguing in front of my door and late in the night, someone knocked on my door. The second night, it was quiet with no problems.

The staff had some computer issues at check in but was very professional about it. I called because I could not get the remote to work. Staff came to assist.

I was concerned about parking and security but everything was fine

Well, my son and I went to San Antonio, the Alamodome, for a boxing event; too late to travel to Austin so I rented a room. I called Motel 6 around 11 am that same day, and mentioned we would be there around midnight, for our room. No problem at all, Motel 6 met all our expectations. I will book again, Thanks!

The fact that one staff would think about putting me out before he knew my situation at my home..Only went to the hotel due to me fixing my plumbing...The night staff was very understanding and I loved the stay..The other seem to be more prejudice than reliable..Thanks again

Very clean room and very spacious. Comfortable bed, smart TV is a plus.

The light above the mirror in the sink wasn't working, but that didn't affect our stay.

The Front Desk Lady on the 21st was very helpful and very kind. Room was very clean, Tub include.
