Quality Inn I-10 East near AT&T Center

The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable! It was all very clean

The bathroom was really small and we got a room with a sink faucet that had been leaking. The faucet had a towel wrapped around it as some sort of “solution”. There was hardly anyone else staying at this hotel while I was there, definitely could’ve put us in a room without a broken faucet. The continental breakfast was very small/had limited options.

The location to the place we needed to be was great. It was quite. The breakfast was nice. Loved there was a Starbucks across the street. The beds were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed.

The room had a musty smell. I used air freshener to help it. There was a couple of dark stains on the sheets for one of the beds.

Good location. Clean, good breakfast friendly staff, clean room, hot water.

My room door had a large gap at the bottom. Every car that drove by and every outside noise I could hear. I ran the ac all night so I could mask the noises.

This was an older property that had been renovated, outside and inside. It was evident that the property owners spent considerable money and did the job correctly. Room was comfortable,furnished nicely and had fridge and microwave that actually worked. Aircon was quiet and was thermostat controlled. Shower facilities excellent. Room was non smoking and did not even hint of stale smoke. Property located near the interstate but was did not seem to pick up the road noise.

The internet did not work and staff could offer no solutions. Internet was supposed to be automatic connection without password but my devices were looking for a sign in from some sort of splash page. Documentation in the room stated that this could happen. When I inquired, staff was clueless.

The employee that greeted us was very sullen and acted like we were inconveniencing him. No breakfast was available but the ladies were very kind and apologized. No fault of theirs. Hot breakfast was one reason we made our choice.

Location was great for my trip. Room was clean and pool was open. Breakfast was good. My husband and I would come back to stay here. I liked it had a working fridge, microwave, and TV.

Our air wasn’t on when we arrived so the room had a smell to it. I had to buy febreeze to at least have the room smell better.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available so that was a plus! The pool was open. Housekeeping was there everyday, so clean towels and bedding were provided daily.

The location isn’t the best, the front staff was didn’t seem friendly, the pool was foggy.

The room was clean upon arrival. It was cleaned each day during my stay and new towels were provided. The area felt safe.

No complaints for this stay!

Excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to get a replacement card and it was quick and easy.

Not a thing to dislike.
