It's a very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with waffles, breakfast tacos, eggs, and sausage. It's very new and clean. Our room smelled of cleaning supplies when we walked in. Tons of extra pillows, towels, and soap. The lady at the night death was incredibly nice and got us checked in very quickly. Also loves the 24 hour coffee station they have in the lobby.
Only got one large towel in our room for 2 adults, but the staff got us an extra very quickly.

The facility was very clean, and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was great for Saturday if only they prepared more.
On our 1st night the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The Saturday breakfast was great but most of the food was gone by 8am. The Sunday breakfast didn't have much to pick from or it wasn't put out at 8am.

I liked that the "room" I booked was really a suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. It was very clean and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The only thing I could recommend is to have more lighting over the area with the microwave and coffee maker. It was a little dim to me.

there was no warning about the hot tub being out of order, the pool was not clean. only one elevator worked. our room door would get stuck on the tile. it could’ve been cleaner. they didn’t have anything but waffles on Sunday. understocked.

They charged my card even though everything was paid for already through booking.com. I am still waiting on my refund. Hopefully I get that back soon.

This location felt very new/fresh and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was good and stayed replenished all the way to the end. If you need a pet friendly hotel in this area I'd look here first.
Watch for the correct driveway lol, almost missed it and went into a strip mall.

Sal at the Shertz location helped us secure the location closer to the airport. Sarah at that location was great! It was the easiest, most pleasant check-in I've ever experienced. Breakfast was great!

Friendly and honest staff. I accidentally left some jewelry in a box on the bed when I checked out. I returned back to the hotel about an hour later and the staff had it waiting for me!
