It was in a really convenient location that was close to places we were visiting. The lobby was nicely decorated. The hotel was clean.

Our room was smaller than I realized, but it was okay. I didn’t really feel comfortable in the bed though; it was much firmer than I’m used to, the pillows were a bit thin, and the sheets/blankets were a cheaper synthetic feeling material… the way the bed was set up, the inside of the duvet kept coming out. Also, there was a weird sewage smell in the hallway… we noticed it in passing, but since we weren’t in the hallway a lot it wasn’t terrible, it just took away from the appeal.

VERY clean, breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating! They're constantly cleaning and overlooking the property. Lots of options for outside eating like in n out burger Panera bread Chipotle. Close to the airport and shopping plazas. The lobby was pretty cool and lots of seating! There is also outdoor seating with a balcony overlooking a wooded area. We will definitely be staying here when we visit our friends again here in San Antonio!

Staff was super friendly and everything inside the hotel was very organized and clean! The room was absolutely stunning I loved how everything was brand new and the room smelled fresh! There are a lot of restaurants and shopping close by this hotel as well as the Riverwalk being only a 15-20 minute drive which was very convenient 🤩

The cleaning person forgot to check in on my room to tidy up the beds and take my used towels and restock with clean towels again but definitely wasn't a huge deal to me because we stayed for 2 nights anyways. Really no complaints here this hotel was spectacular and I will be returning in the future next time I come down from Fort Worth!

The room was spotless! Each staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful, which was especially important to me. The complimentary breakfast varied by day and tasted great, unlike the breakfast at other hotels I’ve stayed at.

There isn’t enough shade in the outdoor seated area. Not sure if they can do much about it now but I thought it was worth the sweat to sit outside anyway.

The location was great, we have family who lives to the north and west of this property so it works perfectly for our visits. The room was set up nice and we appreciated the hooks and storage space. Also, the morning breakfast was wonderful. The Saturday/Sunday staff really went above and beyond.

The return air system was very loud in our room (427). The walls vibrated a little and the AC on it caused us to turn the TV up.

The breakfast was great! Would have liked a way to have coffee in the room without going downstairs every time. Maybe, a small carafe.

They didn't allow for a late check out. I always get a late check out when I book hotels so I can get enough rest to drive home. And most places will let you check out until 2:30 most of the time cause check in is at 3:00. But the latest they would allow is 12:00 noon, so I didn't get much extra sleep for our drive back home.

This Hotel is very comfortable ,clean and has the best breakfast yet. Their rooms are clean and the washroom is luxurious. There’s almost nothing I did not like during my stays. Extremely friendly staff .

Unfortunately there is No Pool In this location. The rooms don’t have a microwave .

The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. The hotel was clean the bathrooms were very clean.

Most of the parking spots were compact. Two nights there were trucks pulling a trailer taking 6 standard spots on the North side of building on the evening of 5/27 and 5/29.

Excellent foods were great and have everything enjoyed eat and drink. They were better place eat and good service there for you. Great smile service desk and food service keep other happy.

No found what I don’t like. Other hotel can’t beat this hotel. Because this hotel has everything.
