SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western San Antonio North

Everything was super comfortable. The room was bigger than I thought it would be and it left plenty extra space. The sofa in our room was a nice plus.

The breakfast was hot, but the options were very limited. At one point, our key cards wouldn't work. They needed to be replaced twice and the staff had to "fix" the door to our room.

The room was more than expected

That when I walked to the front desk to request towels that I had to walk back to the room then get the dirty ones then take them to the front in order to get me ones. Instead of having a staff member do so.

Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. Would have liked closer to next day destination but with last minute booking was happy with location. Pool courtyard was charming.

Linens were worn and stained. There was a splash of “something” in the bathroom door frame. Don’t like the heat and air units. Was cool enough to leave windows open tho. Building was just structurally old. Remodeling was nice.

Location was close to everything

She charged my credit card double the amount. She was only supposed to charge me the 354.00 and the rest was supposed to be spilt between my three daughters. I was supposed to be refunded two hundred dollars on the deposit, and I only received one hundred.

Receptionist was very friendly as soon as we entered the lobby. Room was clean and large compared to others. Breakfast was breakfast in a bag because of Covid but it was an excellent choice of breakfast. Has a 1 cup coffee maker in the room and the condiments for it. Swimming pool was closed due to Covid but the water was clean. Check out was excellent as well. There is a 50$ deposit at check-in in case dates are left from your stay.

Customer service and the room is clean and service good all time.

Good location and facilities. This is where I stay when I come home to see my son. I'm a truck driver.

Roaches! Since the last time I was here, this place has been overrun by german roaches. They keep crawling into my things.

They let me check in Late and let me check out late. Since we got in late we needed much more sleep.

They did not have a Hot Tub. It would have made the long trip much better to relax.

Precautions for COVID, esp with pen at front desk. Very affordable and mostly clean. Easy to get to.

Toilet seat was loose. Toilet seat and sink counter had red looking nail polish, which could be taken as blood. Check in was a bit lengthy. Prefer to do online and be done. I know I received 3 confirmations from booking.com, but could not find them in my inbox, trash, or spam at time of checkin. Very strange.
