Comfort Inn & Suites Victoria North

I always enjoy my stay with Comfort Inn and Suites in Victoria Texas. The staff is exceptionally friendly! The facility is so nice. It IS Comfort! The location is wonderful! I love shopping in the area and eating at the different restaurants! I have family in Victoria. I live in Iowa and every time i stay in Victoria Comfort Inn is my choice! Thank you so much. Oh and the breakfast is outstanding!

Getting my receipt sooner would be nice. I leave very early in the morning when i return home. I asked for it the day before leaving. I was told it is put under the door at 3:30 in the morning. I did receive it the next day when i asked for it at the desk. I am not complaining mind you. Just wish i could receive it when i ask for it. Thank you again for another wonderful visit!

It was close to shops and restaurants. They actually still served the full breakfast, just with one lady in there serving everyone to keep it safe. When we had an issue with our room not having very hot water, they immediately corrected the issue and even gave us the closet available room to us to make the move easier. Very clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable. 24/7 coffee available which I used quite a bit. All staff we encountered were very helpful and kind. This will be our hotel the next time we come to the area.

Great location for me to get easy access to the loop. Really appreciate the Tesla destination EV chargers.

Would like to see that the EV charging parking spots be available and not allow other gas vehicles block the parking spots. Would suggest painting the parking spots green with chargin icon for those who cannot read or see the small charging signs.

nothing I didn’t like except breakfast that is sealed off due to Covid but someone is there to serve us, I wish she put more food Bcoz I was starving otherwise she’s very nice and helpful

breakfast is what it is for having the covid virus going on, but thankful they were giving something. the beds are the main thing I look for in comfort in a hotel, if I cant get rest in comfort then I will not stay. i

I personally think that flavored creamer would be an inexpensive way to wow!! your clientel.

Very clean and good looking piece of property. Staff on check-in was very helpful and accommodating. Bed was a little firm for my liking but was comfortable and amply dressed out. Water was HOT and stayed that way. Location great. We didn't use the pool but there were people in there as well as in the workout facilities. A/C doesn't come on immediately, I guess it needs time to think, but when it came on it kept it comfortable if not as low as I'd hoped for.

Ok, breakfast, when every restaurant in the world is open for dine in or pickup, is not a cold Danish and a banana. This is just being cheap. The website should be clear. They have the facilities for a normal hot breakfast they just choose to pinch pennies rather serve their customers correctly. Unapologetic and unconcerned is the best way to describe the reaction from owner/management.

The owners of this property went way out of their way to help us with a personal problem. They were exceptional in every way. Friendly, charming, so nice. I'd stay here again and again!

Breakfast was good.

The room was in need of repair paint chipping and carpet was torn. Bathroom floor looked dirty and door handle on bathroom was broken. Also the sheets were itchy were not soft.

Breakfast was good and front desk clerk was nice.

The refrigerator and microwave area was very dusty. Also we tried to heat up a cinnamon roll and the microwave smelled like it was burning.

Staff was very helpful & friendly The location is great & and the hotel is very clean

No coffee was available at night
