Courtyard by Marriott Victoria

The hotel was very nice,clean and lived the open opportunities such as a lobby and bar where we can sit and chat the outdoor patio which is very nice, A large clean pool and hit tub which we didn't use just because we didn't gave time We went down on a sat for a bday party, for my husband's school mates of 40 year friendship. We had the party room from 5pm - 11 pm, and it was nice, The room was very nice ,very roomy, bed was so very comfortable, had pool view , bathroom was excellent clean Parking was good, well lit. 5 minute walk to movie theate and Victoria mall, and whataburger . A concvient store just 5 minutes away All positive comments for this place .

The hotel itself was amazing. It was so clean! The room was bigger than I thought. The food was great also and the Starbucks in the lobby was the best.

Our AC unit was broken. We were exhausted Friday night and got in really late so we didn't really notice. Saturday we woke up hotter than usual but it was still tolerable and pushing some cool air. Then we were gone from 12 pm to midnight. Somewhere between leaving, returning, and falling asleep the machine gave out completely. We woke up drenched. When we told the staff, our compensation for not telling them soon enough (when it died Saturday night) it was a bag of chips. Thanks.

Excellent customer service as we arrived late in the evening. The next morning housekeeping asked if we needed room cleaned. Gave us extra towels for our stay. On our last day I need to wash a blanket my daughter threw up and front desk provided detergent pack. I will stay here again next time we come back to Victoria.

The toilet needed to be screw to the floor. It was wobbly.

The staff was amazing. I was traveling alone due to an immediate death in the family. It was an emotional time and the staff made me feel like they had my back and was looking out for my safety and concern. All of the staff was personable and friendly and if I come back to Victoria, I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very close to my daughter's house. Not to mention close to shopping centers as well. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay and will stay with you again in the future.

The directions on navigation system doesn't quiet go directly to your building, that was frustrating.

My daughter and I stayed there to get out of a cold house due to no power from the weather we had. We had dinner that night there at the lounge. My daughter had the chicken wings. She is a picky eater! She wanted more so we went at got more! She ate what she could and saved the rest for the next day! But we forgot them in the microwave. The bed was comfortable. I liked the part where the tv had my name on. We will be staying there again. We didn’t stay another night because of the price. The staff was great! The lady running the lounge was amazing. My daughter enjoyed the stay also. We will be coming back for sure!

my partner and I have stayed at many hotels and by far this was one of the most surprising places we've stayed. Although the location was odd the hotel was, clean, comfortable, and the Starbucks / restaurant down stairs was awesome. absolutely would suggest staying here.

How clean and well lit the areas were for parking. How accommodating the hotel was when booking my room online. I was able to get my room near the corner the top floor. Staff were friendly and very polite.

I wish you can order Starbucks and meals to our room. Also I wish the laundry facilities were free of charge.

The location was excellent!! The place was clean, plenty of outside seating, clean pool, loved the shower!! I’m very picky about hotel showers and beds but I didn’t feel the need to pull my own sheets out for once!!

Firstly, if I had to come up with a major dislike, I would have to say the view outside the window. That’s how good the place was. Also, other then one front desk lady. She appeared annoyed that I didn’t reserve the rooms for 2 nights before check out.

I liked the fire pit, the hot tub, and the pool; they were all very clean. The staff was very friendly! We walked across the street to the mall.

Our room wasn't clean when we returned in the afternoon. I had to ask a housekeeping lady down the hall for fresh towels, coffee cups, and to empty our trash.
