I really liked the staff. Everyone was open-minded, friendly, and ready to help. I was at ease and my say was considered. The staff was diverse in culture, which gave me a sense of fitting in. They were very considerate, and helpful and made me feel at home. I also really loved the breakfast!

I didn't like the bad smell, at the beginning when I first moved into the hotel. The smell was of cement and I believe was due to the renovation process taking place. I also didn't like how dark it was in my room. There was not much sun shining into the room. Also, the fact that I kept getting promised that my room would be cleaned, yet never was, was a bit disappointing.

Customer service was great.

The check out time was a little horrible, because the management was pushy and it was before check out time. And she was a bit rude when it came to me getting out of the room. Other than that, all the other staff members were great and it was a great stay. It is usually moderately priced and has wonderful accommodations. I would recommend it to others as well. Other than the management or staff memember who was rude to me when it was check out time, everything else was great.

The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly .

I had no complaints about the hotel but could not understand why the town had the mediums in the highway the way it was. You had to drive way out of you way to turn around and go back where you needed to be .

The rooms are very nice,large,up to date,clean almost ALWAYS.FRIDGE,A.C., TOILET,SHOWER AND SINKS WORKED PROPERLY AS WELL AS THE T.V AND Toiletries and towels were very well supplied and clean.😉

I didn't like the fact that while I waited patiently, quietly,and how an ADULT SHOULD, while having no choice but to wait for a friend/family member to arrive and pick me up from knights inn lobby,that the front desk employee told me that I would have to get off of the property or she would call law enforcement!!!!!! I'm very upset about that!!! I act accordingly wherever I go ,it made me feel uncomfortable.The other thing that I didn't like was that the coffee machine was broken.🤔🤔🤔

The price was very good for what I got.

I had to give $50 deposit at time of check in don't know what it was for but they should let customers know when the reservation is made. Even though I did get it back at check out, but I was on a budget for that trip and it almost put me in a bind.

The staff was friendly, it was very clean, it was a great value. They had some family games and such in the lobby, which we'll use if we bring the kids next time.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and since we're early risers, we didn't get breakfast 2 of the 4 days we stayed. As far as the breakfast goes, I understand the Pandemic changes things, but we stayed in another hotel in Victoria back in April, and they had resumed their full menu - waffles, cereal, eggs, ect. I was disappointed in the "Grab & Go" bags.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and met our needs. We traveled with two dogs. One small one large size. Pet fee was 25 per pet. The women who did the cleaning were friendly and nice. Definitely understaffed and deserve appreciation. Great job ladies for making our two nights stay comfortable.

I didn’t like how the maids were cleaning rooms at 2am. This is uncalled for.

Room was clean,just the right size, quiet, peaceful. Staff was great . I definitely will be making this my motel on my visits to Victoria.

I like it’s closeness to UHV and it’s has a large parking lot.

The fixtures in the bathroom needs improvements. And crickets were in the room, like more then 10 cricket.

It very close to UHV and places I needed to go to.

There was a damaged vehicle in a parking slot that made it seem like it was not safe, but it was well lighted.
