Excellent location for us. Room was clean, stay was quiet (no disturbing noise from other rooms.) Breakfast was adequate; it was a small breakfast, but we did not need much anyway. Pool was good size and fun. Nothing fancy with the rooms, just clean, comfortable bed. Although room is not cleaned daily (Covid precautions; we understand), we were able to get bathroom towels as needed. Booking.com offered much lower price than available when we checked directly by phone!

Great location, easy to get to from the highway! The room was clean, but why was there a fan in the hall way, we were on the 4th floor! The young man at check in was great and friendly! The girl at check out was nice but was frustrated for doing 2 jobs because the cook didnt come in! Which is understandable but nowadays nobody wants to work! Over all clean and pleasant stay!
More option's for breakfast but since the front desk clerk was the only one available i figured thats why it was limited!

Price, water pressure for shower and hard working staff
Found room safe lock bolt was engaged with door left open upon checking in. This type of room safe has simple default code to open it , which makes storing valuables useless any person can easly open it. Found default code on internet in less than a minute..

The rooms were clean when we arrived. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my mother (who is handicap) as well as myself. The breakfast is so good and fresh! They have a fitness center and pool which is kept well. This hotel is definitely a must stay!

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy.
We went for breakfast, which was advertised a a hot breakfast. We never looked because as we walked in, with face masks on, to take a look (not touch, we didn’t touch anything) to we what they had a lady started raising her voice at us about rubber gloves. We saw one hot food container and the rest looked like cereal and prepackaged snack cakes. We said we were just looked and she kept fussing about the rubber gloves and guiding us out. We left.

All staff was awesomely sweet and very helpful.. very peaceful atmosphere and surroundings..food within walking distance.
There was not enough movie channels and the bed needed more cushions or mattress with pillow top..

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT IN OUR STAY. BEDS REALLY CONFORTABLE, EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN, PLUS WE REALLY LIKED THE BREAKFAST DOWNSTAIRS!

I love the king suites, they are cozy and comfortable. The location is great, it takes about 20 minutes to get anywhere in McAllen. I always get a late check out. My favorite place to stay and relax for the weekend.

Due to ongoing remodeling construcción the fire alarm went off between 6:00am and 6:30am We had to wait outside until the all clear after 7:00am.
