Comfort Inn Wichita Falls North

Very clean, very nice employees, and a very smooth 3 night stay. Never had an issue and amazing value for the price.

Sound travels very easily from the hall and between rooms. This is because the space between the door and the floor is large enough to slide your arm under, and in the bathrooms the vent is connected directly to the room beside you and it sounds like they're standing next to you. Not something they can do much about though.

Any time I needed to see the front desk, the answers were quick, accurate, and always delivered with a smile, and followed up with them asking if I needed anything else, as well as being informed that whatever I need at whatever time, to let them know. I believe her name was Tiffany, when I checked in, she was awesome, polite friendly, fast, and just super helpful.

The elevators are a bit spooky, they seem to lag a bit

Room was spacious, clean and very affordable.

Need to spray for bugs, ants and cockroaches. I smashed 2 cockroaches walking across my floor. I contained them in a cup and showed the front desk host. She didn't apologize or even offer me a discount for the incident. Didn't care a bit. She acted as if that was a normal complaint. Very disappointed in her lack of concern.

The desk staff were nice.

The breakfast selection was poor our first morning. Someone kept honking their horn at 2 am every night we were there. You could here the people on the first floor through the pipes in the bathroom. The heat in the room was difficult to adjust and the fan kept rattling. There needs to be some type of television guide in the room for the guest so they would know what the local channels are. The water was horrible and tasted like iron water while brushing my teeth.

The rooms were clean and very nice , comfortable stay! Would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly.

Pool was small, and the timing of ( adding chemicals) right in the middle of the day , when people would want to go swimming. .. and building blocks the sun half of the day . Meh for sun bathing all day . But the pool area was clean . But very open for everyone / busy highway

The room was very nice and large with a couch in it, not to mention it smelled so fresh! Not like they were trying to cover up any smells, it smelt clean. Ms. Tiffany checked us in and she was just so very friendly and helpful. What an amazing lady to be working the front desk making your customers feel as though they are truly welcomed to be here. We will most defiantly be staying here again the next time we are in Wichita Falls! Great place to stay, nice clean room and the access to the highway & Whataburger, it's a win-win!!!!!

As far as we are concern, there is nothing we did not like!!!!

The room was clean and the perfect temperature. All the supplies were available. The room was close to the elevator which was important for us after a long day of travel. The staff was friendly and efficient, even though the computer gave the front desk employee some trouble when we checked in. We missed breakfast as we overslept, however it smelled delicious.

Breakfast was good. Waffle mix wasn't that tasty, but ok. Pancakes would be better if possible. 30 more minutes for breakfast.

There were no handles on closet doors. Had to open from the bottom. Beds weren't made up every day. There was no fan exhausts to take the moisture out the air and odors in the bathroom. And was told that we had to pay up front and not when checking out like your ad stated.

The staff here was very friendly. The hotel was pretty nice and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Also, the shower was pretty nice too. Breakfast was good. I like that they have a decent variety of items to choose from. Bonus for me, there was a Whataburger across the street. Perfect to grab a bite to eat since I hadn't eaten most of the day.

Elevators were a little slow but not a bit deal. I felt like the sink in the bathroom was a little low but again not a big deal. I enjoyed the shower but I think the water pressure could have been a little better.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and attentive any time I had a need. They were friendly and conversational with my 3 year old son, and asked me about our new puppy when we returned from picking him up. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate considering Covid restrictions.

The only issue I had during my stay was during breakfast on the first morning. The waffle syrup was running very low, and I notified the breakfast attendant of the issue. She acted like she didn't understand and then pointed me toward sugar free syrup containers. I noticed later the syrup had been refilled. It was a bit frustrating.
