La Quinta by Wyndham Wichita Falls - MSU Area

We stayed here for the Hotter 'N Hell bike weekend. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and the staff very helpful and courteous. They even had all kinds of fruits, snacks, towels set up for the riders in the lobby, and bike rags at the elevators. The complimentary breakfast was very good. My wife enjoyed using the exercise room. Great place to stay!

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub were amazing, breakfast was delicious and super easy check-in/check-out process

The luggage cart tire was flat and there was only one cart available, furniture was stained and ratty looking, and our door was extremely hard to open even after the re-keyed it! There was red spots on the sheets that looked like blood, and the toilet was not clean upon entry into the room.

the elevator went out. I was staying on the third floor ready to check out. I couldn’t leave and walk down three flights of stairs as I was traveling with two dogs, bags and my son in law and I had a bad back. so we waited for about 45 minutes until they could get it going again.

Room was nice and updated. The breakfast was also good.

The pool heater was broke so the pool was 58 degrees. The front desk didn’t tell anyone it was broke so when we went in to swim it was freezing. would have been nice to know before planning on swimming.

The property was absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, linens fresh and clean. The room was very clean. My TV didn’t work at first the front desk lady came up and fixed it no fuss. Staff was the absolute best ever!!! I could have stayed for a long long time. Wichita Falls was beautiful and this hotel was a ten+++. Even the breakfast was really good.

Dog poop station was great! Kept the grounds clean! Room was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The fridge in our room was running warm and it smelled like the motor was hot.

The minute I walked in I could smell how clean it was. The rooms were clean. The staff was exceptional. Upon check in the dates of evening of December 28 and check out December 31. Please take note of the staff working those shifts including evening shifts were very helpful and should be rewarded for their courteousness. Very accommodating staff. And the fact that mask were mandatory was very reassuring. Thanks to all the La Quinta staff.. Sincerely, Cynthia G King

Nothing about the hotel I didn't like.

Very clean. Nice size room. Easy to find.

The staff person at check in was laying on the couch watching TV. I didn’t see him and it took me calling out for him to realize someone wanted to check in. It was 3:40 and our room ( handicap) wasn’t ready.

Beds are super comfortable, front desk staff were helpful, lobby is inviting and spacious and gym was great!

Room smelled like smoker had been staying there and there were crumbs on floor (so not super tidy)…

Would of like the old breakfast that use to be available

Some staff wasn’t very friendly, nothing stocked in dining room like it should have been
