Executive Inn and Suites Wichita Falls

The room had hardwood floors which are a plus! The bed had a light fleece type blanket instead of a thick comforter which was perfect in the hot summer. The room's A/C worked fantastic! And the pool was nice and cool for us to relax in. The staff were friendly all five days we stayed. We paid a cash deposit and were able to get it back immediately after a quick check of the room!

Breakfast options were slim. Would have liked more hot options besides just waffles and oatmeal. The hot tea machine did not work but they did have a sign that said 'sorry supply chain issues'.

This Inn is a little gem. It is older, but the rooms are nicely appointed and mine was very clean. My bed was very comfortable too. I liked that the rooms are only accessible via going through the lobby. That is comforting to someone traveling alone. The front desk was helpful and very courteous. This is going to be my go-to place every time I'm in Wichita Falls. A++

There seemed to be a glitch between Booking.com and the hotel about my reservation. The Executive Inn took care of things and got me settled in quickly. I appreciated their excellent customer service.

parking lot is big. it was one entrance and all room entrances are interior and not exterior.

the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. I asked prior to booking and was told it would be open so that took me as a surprise. when I entered the room it looked clean but then I noticed the jacuzzi was dirty, towels had stains on them and the tub had hair that was released once I opened the water really hard. I didn’t complain I just cleaned it and wiped everything down with my Lysol wipes.

I used your bed, slept 90% of the time (super tired from RV drive from Florida. Room was OK, AC is something, but it worked.

I had to pay $20 in addition to a $53 original fee. I was DEAD TIRED from my drive. In other hotels, I had signed in at NOON. Your hotel told me as I walked in that check in time was 2 PM I made reservation from your parking lot at 11:55. There were rooms avail, but you must sign in at 2 or be charged an extra $20. That is not RIGHT. I could see if hotel was booked and full at the time of my arrival, but it wasn't. Also, in the morning about 5 am, the parking lot was almost half to 3/4 full. If that is your policy, IT'S WRONG.

We were in town for my grandson's graduation. Our hotel was near the graduation venue and my grandsons home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and clean.

Everything was fine. The pool was closed for repairs and maintenance, but it wasn't even Memorial Day and there was a sign clearly stating it was closed for maintenance. It did not bother us one bit.

Loved the staff there and the room was comfy. I loved that the shower had good water pressure. The room was clean and easily accessible.

There was only one entry and exit threw the front doors. A little inconvenient if you're way down the halls. The pool was shut down even though it was indoors. The guests were extremely loud and it made the walls seem super thin. The breakfast was just oatmeal and cereal and waffles. No hot breakfast at all.

Beginning with check in, we were very pleased with the entirety of our stay, with just a couple of exception, listed below in the next section. The room was very clean, the staff we interfaced were very friendly, and we will definitely stay here again.

We didn't have any hand/body soap, and thus had to use the shampoo soap instead. We still got clean, but having hand/body soap would have been nice. Also, a breakfast including some eggs with some type of meat (bacon/sausage) would have been greatly appreciated.

The TV didn't have an annoying sleep feature like alot of hotels. Everything was clean and the shower drains are never clogged here which is so important to me. Everything is fuss free, always at this hotel. Everyone is always friendly and appears genuinely happy to help. Doors do not slam, beds and pillows are comfy. I love the new floors in the rooms. Everything I need and nothing I don't.

Nothing really...seriously, I can't think of anything consequential. I would share if I could think of anything.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated having the three beds in the room! We had five people, which is usually awkward when finding hotel rooms, but the two queen beds and the single bed were perfect! Breakfast was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, the location was just off the highway, so convenient for us as we traveled, and the price was great!

Breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional. Cold cereal, bread for toast, and waffles. Juice machine was broken. Front desk staff was exceptional. There is no elevator and the reserved room was upstairs. Since I have mobility issues I could not navigate the stairs. So they worked to get me a king size room on the bottom floor even though it was a cheaper rate.

Bath soap dispenser issued 2 drops of soap requiring several attempts to get sufficient soap to bathe.
