Breakfast was great the one morning I made it down on time. Really was impressed with variety, taste, service etc at breakfast room.

It was disappointing the service to the room. No service as far as cleaning the room while there. I did get towels from the person in the hallway with the cart. The second morning I told them we were heading out and about and to be sure to switch out the dirty towels for clean ones and to please empty the trash because didn’t get emptied the day before, but they didn’t service room. Later I called desk twice to finally get clean bags for trash cans and bring towels.

Brand new facility. Very fresh and a lot of good architecture and related decorating choices. Very friendly staff and a generous breakfast offering made the stay particularly memorable. The rings were very well appointed with the best blackout shades I've seen in a hotel. Oh, and the sheets were so soft and comfortable. Really nice quality.

Unbelievably, I was awakened by a dog barking down the hall from us. Anxious fur baby, waiting for its people to get back from the excellent breakfast likely! 😊

This was a wonderful property. Great location, comfy beds, nice staff, clean. Breakfast was delicious with LOTS of choices. Will definitely stay again.

The only 2 things I didn’t like were they don’t have curtains. They have a shade which doesn’t keep out the sun in the morning. And if you plan to stay more than one night, clothing storage is minimal. No dresser or closet/wardrobe. Just hooks to hang things. Otherwise a great property.

The location was great but wish the parking lot was bigger, but overall stay was amazing, the rooms were very awesome and unique and very clean and the bathroom was spotless!!!!!! The staff at the front desk were amazing and also got a call from one of them hours before i was arriving with my son wanted to make sure if I needed anything before our arrival and all I asked to see if they can check me into a room early for us since we were arriving very early for a family member retirement ceremony @ Sheppard AFB from The Air Force! Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with everything you can think of and different options!!!!!!

Breakfast was excellent, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel complex lacked a lot of parking. Had to park out by the street. This is a great example of poor urban planning. The use of the area's parking is so inefficient, most of the surrounding area is parking, this includes mall. So unfortunate that the local business owner's can't come up with some sort of agreement on how to plan and use the parking facilities to their maximum potential.

Loved everything, the room, the entry area, check in with easy, very nice new property. Definitely stay here.

The one hiccup is we have an electric car. There are 3 electric car parking spots. Two of the regular spots share a 5.3 kW charger, which is actually very low. The other single spot has a dedicated 6.5 kW charger, but happens to be a multi use spot with a handicap spot. so since someone was using the spot as a handicap, I could not park at that higher power charger. I recommend moving the handicap spot to a different place, which looks very possible and still be very accessible. While freeing up all three spots for electric car charging

The front desk (Brooklyn) was absolutely amazing. I would stay at this property again just because of her. I loved that y’all had a well cooked and delicious breakfast. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were not to soft.

I didn’t like the fact that y’all don’t high dust. that is the only think I found wrong with the property

Requested a pack and play that was delivered without the mattress part that the baby sleeps on. When I called The front desk she told me they didn’t carry those. So the baby was supposed to sleep on the bars at the bottom of the pack and play? I’m sure it was a misunderstanding, but there was no effort to resolve the issue on their end.

I loved it here. The rooms were real nice & clean. In the bathroom they had a makeup remover wipe, a shoeshine cloth, & sanitizer wipe. In shower I liked the shampoo and conditioner provided by the motel which never has happened before. ( That I liked it.) The bed was comfortable too. The breakfast was nice, they had waffles you could make , but I chose eggs,bacon, and toast with coffee and juice. They had muffins, cereals,breakfast sandwiches,& fruit. It was a very nice experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the largest breakfast buffet I’ve see. In a hotel in a very long time. Loved the modern look and the room was very comfortable.

The room I stayed in was on the corner of the building. A wind storm, which I know is out of the hotel’s control, happened to come up. The wind howled so loudly during the night through the air conditioner. It woke me up several times. I could have asked for a different room I’m sure, but didn’t want to transfer my things in the middle of the night.
