Spacious room, all in good order. Wi-fi OK

Staff attention (staff in the phone in a (sounding private) conversation during my check-in; later enquiries were kind of rude for a hotel. - Breakfast very basic and even more unsustainabe then others (even paper cups at breakfast were wrapped in plastic). Gym open at 6 only.

We liked the ease of the location to the golf course, national parks and relatives near the area. The cleanliness of the cozy rooms and perfect beds and bright clean parking lot. The staff was very kind and accommodating to us arriving at 4am after a long 8hr drive. Would definitely stay here again if we can get a good price again.

We know we traveled on a holiday but we tried for a few hours to try to extend our stay on the last night but couldn't get ahold of the reception area for a while. Staff was very helpful and awesome when they were available! Eventually we were helped. We didn't get to enjoy our free breakfasts. Even with waking up early and getting ready we still couldn't make it in time to grab a bite to eat. Wished breakfast would last til at least 10:30am. A bit more cleanliness on the sofa in our room and in the lobby area. A few seats were quite soiled. If the price were just a little lower we would stay here 4 times a year when visiting family!

It’s a good property. It is clean and taken care of.

The water smells and there is a consistent smell that comes from the bathroom. I’m wondering if that’s why the fan runs continuously. The toilet in the room was loose. The beds were a bit harder than I like but those are what they are. I think the most uncomfortable thing was the smells from the bathroom. It’s really the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again. I’ve stayed at other places in Hurricane and never experienced that smell. I had a sore throat and headache each morning when I woke.

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was a great value, especially on the weeknights. The pool was nice and never crowded. There wasn't much to the fitness room, but no one else ever used it so it was perfectly good. The rooms were quiet, the housekeeping was friendly. Everything was great.

There was nothing I disliked. A couple of the staff seemed a bit awkward, but that didn't take away from the good customer service. The breakfast was the only thing I consider subpar, but that was balanced out by good coffee available 24/7. The wifi would drop out a decent bit.

Comfortable nice large room, reasonable breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub.

Front desk person who checked us in initially was rude and not at all helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. Would have preferred healthier bread, bagel, waffle choices. They were all white flour, no grains, seeds, or whole wheat so I skipped them all. No one needs all that fluffy empty calorie carbohydrate stuff. I wished that it was closer to Zion Park as that is why I went there. Somehow Booking.com led me to believe that it was closer than it actually was.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We loved having the jacuzzi and pool. The breakfast in the morning was typical. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, sausage, eggs, bagels, make your own waffles, juice, coffee, tea. It was good! They also have ice machines and water bottle fillers on each floor!!! Try River Rock Brewing just outside of town on your way to Zion. Wonderful breakfast pastries and coffee. They also have food for dinner and lunch, Pizza was awesome and the salads were amazing!

Just wish the bed was more comfortable. It wasn't horrible but it could have been a bit more comfortable.

Overall pretty good hotel. It's in good shape and decently equipped, clean as well. The location is good to explore explore Zion from, which is what we mainly used it for. Personnel is friendly and efficient. The Comfort Inn is a recommendable accommodation with good value for the price.

The setting is a bit dark/heavy and the AC was pretty loud at night.

High quality furniture, looks modern and new, very clean room, contemporary design in bathroom. ice and water refill on every floor. coffee machine available all day. Nice indoor pool. I would stay there again.

Even a strong coffee is long americano - hard to taste real coffee flavor. The eggs for breakfast are made from some powder which tastes very bad - we love eggs and we could not eat this things. The worst eggs we had during our 3 weeks trip.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front staff was professional. 2nd floor cleaning lady was awesome, very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the same, every morning Monday through Friday. Could use a change; potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon perhaps? Egg patty and sausage links got tiresome. Beds were too soft, but I would imagine most guests would prefer that. Pool and fitness looked top notch. If doing Zion again, would definitely consider your hotel.

The room and bed were wonderful, but I felt bad about leaving a puddle of water on the ground in the bathroom due to the shower. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The cleanliness was spectacular!

We had gotten an ADA room (just so happened, I guess), and when we would shower, we would accidentally leave a puddle of water on the ground.
