Holiday Inn St. George Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

Huge shout out to David at the front desk! He was super friendly and helpful. We had to book an extra night and he made sure we could stay in our room. The location is great, right off the freeway! We loved that we could bring our dog too.

Amenities are lacking. While they have a restaurant on-site, it's pricey. And they dont include breakfast with your rate, but you can buy it for $15....seems excessive. They allow pets, but don't have any outdoor pet areas. Everything is rocks and in the st. George heat, that's not a good option for my doggo. The beds are extremely soft, which I didn't find comfortable at all.

Check in was smooth and the staff was great. Parking was plentiful and the other amenities were just as great. I enjoyed having a mini fridge, microwave, and actual iron/iron board in the room.

My only somewhat of a con was the random pieces of hair in the bathroom. They were on the shower walls, floor, in the sink, etc. It could've been the housekeeper's, but it was still off putting. I ended up buying some cleanser and wiping everything down before use.

I did not realized that I booked a handicap room, but it was very spacious and well setup. I liked the cleaniness of the facility. The person who I enjoyed dealing with a great deal was Nate in the dining area. He is definitely an awesome staff member. The service was quick and accurate.

The hours of the restaurant and alcohol not being served at certain times.

nicer than expected ! up to date , modern , room smelled clean. loved snack bar, room service, burger theory . pillows , bed , very comfy!

Very little. If I’m being very picky, it would be that the pool could’ve been cleaned a little better and the heat of the jacuzzi turned down . The pool towels were too small to actually fit around you …but they did give us regular sized towels when we asked. 👍

Clean, nice rooms, fridge w/small freezer, quiet area of hotel, great breakfast, staff was very personable. Jennifer at check in was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Our room 232 had such a noisy A/C we had to sleep with it off and it got pretty warm. Need to have someone look at it and lubricate the fan or something!

This hotel is located right of I-15 and was in a well kept and quiet area. It looked like a new hotel, and was very clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

The rooms were smaller in size than most other hotels of this class I've stayed in. Also for a newer hotel, it was somewhat institutional. By that I mean everything was white, and sound seemed to reverberate. For a newer hotel I was surprised to hear so much noise in the room...from people talking/moving down the hall to faint footsteps from the room above us.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Rooms were clean.

. There was a problem from booking.com. I needed a room with 2 beds. I specifically asked for that. And the room was only one bed. When I asked for a room change they said they are now booked full. And that booking.com only said I needed a standard room. I will be booking Al hotels through the hotel directly now.

the rooms are always clean and I’m picky about that part especially! the staff is nice and is great about answering questions and helpful.

the only issue I had with this particular stay was the air conditioning kept going up and it would get hot in the room and then I would have to keep turning it down and it would get super cold.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They were able to help with a pack and play for our child and also mailing us a possession left behind. The rooms were clean and roomy. We also checked in the wee hours of the morning and they were accommodating.

Wish they breakfast, even if it was grab and go.

Comfy bed

Bunch of little kids in the hot tub, That I didn't get to enjoy it. Hot tubs , should only be for adults. They must not had the water at hot level r they won't have their kids in there. While, the pool is all empty. Lol
