The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The room was clean and didn't have any odor even though it was a pet friendly double queen room. The front desk clerk was courteous and helpful in our check-in. She recommended a couple of restaurants for dinner, which we appreciated.

The towels were extremely thin and stained. They've seen better days!! The front desk clerk was wonderful, but her piercings on her face made my first impression of the place a little questionable. I know that's judging, but when you are traveling through and don't know the area, these things sometimes come to mind.

Great people, always friendly. They make me feel welcome and at home. Truly outstanding staf. The place is clean and nice. The rooms are comfortable and nice to 'live' in, even for a few weeks.

The breakfast is just OK, but it's included which is better than many other hotels. For the same price in Europe, you get a beautiful breakfast buffet, served on actual plates with real cutlery, like grownups. I think all American hotels are a bit overpriced for the value you get.

Clean Rooms and safe area. Bed was so comfortable and great breakfast. When we checked in the girl at front desk was so nice.. Would definitely stay here agian.

Nothing. Loved the stay. When we left i thought I left my phone in room , called and the lady at front desk went and checked for me twice.. lol she was awesome thanks so much if you read this review. Your were the best. Oh and I found my phone it was in my glove box which I never put anything in there. Thanks for a awesome stay.

We needed a smoke-free place to crash for the night. This hotel met what we needed and was excellent considering we booked and checked in at about midnight. The reception person was friendly and efficient.

I didn't have any cons to this hotel. I thought it was nice and they had free breakfast in the morning. We were at the hotel for less than 8 hours, so I didn't have time to see any issues. It was a nice place to sleep for the night.

easy on - Easy off, the location is good, we have stayed here several times. friendly staff the rooms are large and comfy

the place needs a bit of a make-over. it still looks inviting from the outside but the room, at least ours, could use so updating. the furniture looks worn, the light fixture is obsolete. The toilet needs updating.

Love that they let us bring our pet.

Wish we hadn't been in a room across from a barking dog - I'm glad they had a pet room for us, but the people across the hall had 2 barking dogs, so it would be best if dogs were not so close to each other .Breakfast - wish there was whole grain bread and peanut butter.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise.

Shower drain was clogged and full of long hair. Front desk person came and recleaned bathroom but couldn't deal with clogged drain. She offered to move us, but we were already settled in and my husband has some mobility issues. Just didn't use the shower.

The location is close but not directly on the main highway, so our room, at least, did not hear any highway noise. The woman who checked us in was very helpful in resolving a bit of problem we had with the room originally assigned.

The breakfast was rather bleak: mainly carbs, except for a pre-made cheese omelet. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Also there were no black-out curtains in our room, so the glow from exterior lighting lit up our room all night long.

Very nice motel and comfortable bed with large living space. The person at front desk worked until her 2nd shift ended and then came back in the morning to work again. That's commitment as she was friendly and helpful both shifts. Breakfast was very good.

They happily were pet friendly! And for the Dutch Brothers fans there is one right there across the street!

Nothing, I did not dislike anything. They even allowed swimming or jacuzzi until midnight which is unheard of. And the hotel was extremely clean.
