Comfort Inn Ogden near Event Center

Breakfast was basic continental. Nothing fancy, but lots of options and made my life easier. I wish there were more gluten free certified options since my husband has celiac though. The rooms were plenty spacious and clean (saw a few wrappers on the floor, but nothing crazy, one was literally clear, the other might’ve been from one of my kids, hahaha). Loved the ease of using the heater/cooler. Loved the cleanliness. Loved the ease of using the TV. Loved the soaps provided. It was just super lovely. Would stay here again FOR SURE.

Need more celiac approved breakfast and snack options. One of our rooms didn’t have the binder of information - I love those things. Our top lock to our door broke while we were there. I hope we don’t get charged for it, but whatever. 🤷‍♀️ It was really tight to close, but we needed it because we have a runaway toddler.

Breakfast was very good. Parking was great. Lots of restaurants close.

The pool didn't open until 10:00 am and I didn’t realize it until we were already in the water. But no one made us get out. That was nice. I had a virtual meeting. The lobby was kind if loud because the meeting area was open to the lobby. Again, it worked out fine.

We love staying here. We always stay here on the way home from Phoenix. The location is great. Easy to get onto I-15 north again in the morning. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and beautifully prepared. The rooms have been upgraded. Very nice place.

Not over crowded, good location

The pool area is Horrible! Paint and drywall peeling and falling off the Entire area! Not a very comfortable atmosphere. Felt dirty and unkempt. Ceiling looked like was gonna spring a leak any second!

Breakfast was a bit disapointing. Eggs and sausage were cold. Tables not cleaned off. Out of coffee. The staff started to make more coffee as we were leaving. Front desk staff could be dressed more business casual. Jeans and sweatshirts questionable to me. Location was very easy to find and ample services for travelers were just a few blocks away. I would stay there again. Thank you for having a pet-friendly option for us.

The Breakfast location was good

Eggs were hard and cold Their wasn't any alternate sweetner like sweet n low No fruit available. We;ve stayed at other Comfort suites and they all were much better. Seemed like you were going with the bare minimum.

With COVID restrictions mostly in place, breakfast buffets were not possible. They did a fair substitute with brown bag breakfasts. The pool and the hot tub were also "off limits". (Would have been nice after a cold day skiing...) The room would be a electronics junkie's delight with about 7 USB ports and 3 outlets. Skiing at Powder Mountain, this was the most reasonably priced housing (maybe even 4 star if no covid restrictions) compared to housing at the resort and only about 30 - 45 minutes from the mountain. (Ogden canyon a "better" route in the snow than North Ogden Canyon). Restaurants and fast food available "in the parking lot" (Almost). Smith's not far away. Being north of SLC, traffic (road, foot, stores) is less noticeable.

The weather ..... Below freezing every night and light to moderately heavy snow daily. I tend to sleep "like a log" so I wasn't bothered by the heater/air conditioner cycling on/off during the night. If road noise upsets "lite" sleepers, pick a room on the backside facing the mountains.

It was close to food, gas stations and not far from my daughter’s school. We got a very good price. The property was well-maintained and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests, no matter how tedious. We stayed a week and enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only thing I was disappointed about was that one of the selling factors to us was that the pool was open. When we checked in we noticed immediately that the pool area was drained and closed.

Breakfast was great. My kids enjoy the pool at every hotel we stay. With that said the pool was dirty and very smelly. That would be the only thing we didn’t enjoy on our stay. Than you!

location was ok for work, but found a closer cheaper nicer place.

my room bathroom was not clean. the floors was dirty, the sick was dirty, the mini coffee maker was filthy. i had to was it out myself. The rooms need to be deep cleaned and inspected properly. the carpets need deep cleaning too.
