Moab Gateway Inn at Arches Nat'l Park

The breakfast was good and varied. Particularly liked the waffles.The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was good. Checkin and out was easy.

I chose to use the washing machine and dryer . For a top loader the cycle took forever and as we had to leave, after an hour,eventually I had to stop it mid cycle and put half washed clothes in the dryer so we could transport them. We had to finish off our washing at our next destination. It was also expensive. $3 to use the washer, another $3 for the dryer and $1 for each detergent pod. A washer with an agitator would be much better for speed.

Breakfast was simple and convenient. There were 2 waffle irons .that worked very well! Good coffee, but the creamer was powder. Nonetheless it was good! The cleanliness was exceptional. Sheets were crisp and the mattress was comfortable. Front staff was great! Very polite and friendly.

The bead spreads need updating. Real half an half as a coffee creamer would be good.

For an older hotel it was fine. We were put into a room that had a door adjoining another room and there were people talking in there. However we were really tired from driving all day and fell right asleep so we didn’t hear anything from them.

It was fine. We usually RV but had to leave ours in Moab in storage to get back home in Arizona to take care of some business.

Please see my google review. I was extremely happy with the room, it was clean, comfortable, and well located. I would have stayed a second night except the morning desk clerk was extremely rude, very shirt, paid more attention to his cell phone than the customer at the desk and for that reason I left and paid more for a room elsewhere.

Again the morning desk clerk (The evening desk clerk was fantastic) was extremely short, rude, and was more interested in his cell than in keeping a client for a second night. For that reason and I did not stay a second or even third night. And I will not return.

Adequate breakfast. Waffle maker available.

No one was at the front desk after breakfast while many were checking out. The attendant had gone to close up the breakfast room. He left a container to put our room keys into on the front desk. I didn’t get a room checkout statement.

Clean and remodeled.

Night manager parked in a no parking spot reserved for handicapped van access and sometimes over the line into handicapped spots. Not acceptable no matter if he wants to park close or not . A big lift bucket blocked about 10 prime parking spaces Thursday. Breakfast OK. Bagels not soft, cake donuts were hard and yogurt closest to door was warm

The hotel is very good. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but modest (cereals, porridge, bagels, waffles, coffee, tea, juice). The location is great: in the town near the restaurants and right near Arches National Park.

Everything was good.

Nice people and very clean nice breakfast aroom was good.

They gave two old ladies with dogs the room up 2 flights, no elevator and no help with luggage . I get renting what you have, but it was a real drag getting bags up the stairs to the back hall with no help for two women in their 70s one with mobility issues. .

Rooms were clean and facility had a pool and hot tub. everything worked in room (shower, AC etc.) Good breakfast was included with enough variety for choosy eaters. bed was comfortable. quiet at night. nice pool and hot tub - both working and open (which is rare these days)

sound penetrated walls easily, guy at checkin was a little weird about my bicycle, slight odor in bathroom (plumbing issue?)

This hotel is clean and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. They provided a good breakfast with lots of menu choices.

While the microwave in the lobby worked fine it would have been better to have had on in my room.
