Comfort Suites Moab near Arches National Park

Our room was wonderfully spacious. We are a family of 6 and appreciated the space that comes with 2 queen beds and a pull out bed. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room. We all loved the filling warm breakfast that was well stocked. We loved every employee we interacted with. They all were pleasant and so helpful! We especially loved Saka who helped us check in and gave us some recommendations. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was great after long days of hiking. The location was perfect for getting to Arches National Park as well as all the restaurants and souvenir shops in town. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to others as well as planning to revisit in the future!

There is nothing we did not like about this hotel. Everything was amazing. We were disappointed that Moab greeted us with cold weather so we couldn't use the pool but we loved that they kept the hot tub open for us!

Property very centrally located to Arches/Canyonlands National Parks. Breakfast was great , staff was very accommodating. We were able to have early check-in. All hotel were excellent. Saka and her husband , both employees of hotel, helped us with planning our day trips while staying in Moab. I 100% recommend this hotel while staying in Moab.

Nothing

second year we stayed in this hotel , on our way to Aurora, Colorado. It is very nice , clean, cozy, asked for extra bath towels, got them, the guy on the front desk is polite, helpful and friendly. The only thing it was missing, 😬 Xmas decorations. For some reason this year they didn’t had their beautiful big tree, ny kids were expecting to find it and take a pic next to it. Other than that, not complaints all at. Hopefully next year my family and I will be back. Greetings from California 😃.

Nice location, with free parking lot. We where with 3 personal in a room. De size of the room is good! The beds where comfortable, the sofa bed was very bad, we laid some pillows from the sofa on top of the mattress and then it was oké for 1 night, but not very comfy. Furthermore the room is big, the bathroom is clean and the breakfast is standard but okay. You can have toast, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, some sweet buns, coffe tea. Enough to choose from. Overall a comfy stay, besides the sofa bed. Friendly staff.

The facility and especially the staff were perfect. The breakfast area gave us lots of options for eating. The area was clean and well maintained by your staff. The laundry equipment and room were superb. I had interacted several times with the front desk staff, they were all awesome.

Your Wi-Fi system and coverage left lots to be desired. The front desk staff reset the router many times. Most of the time during our stay I had to go to the front lobby to get decent coverage. This was a big disappointment.

Loved this place! Friendly staff! Happy people! Not too pricey, Room was great, very comfortable, clean! The whole building was excellent! The breakfast was great, they kept it stocked up on food and utensils, kept it very clean from any mess. I'm impressed! Definitely will come stay again!

Not a big problem, but the pool card reader wasn't working very well, and noticed other guests struggling as well.

Large quiet room, comfy king bed and free breakfast. Plus, 12:00 check-out. Rooms appear recently updated. Location convenient to town, parks and activities. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Good choice at this price point!

Bedside atomic clock was difficult to set. Bathroom toilet and seat was not installed properly resulting in rocking and sliding, but manageable.

I stayed here for a few nights last year for New Years and was very pleased! From the size of the hotel rooms, to the cleanliness, all the way up to the staff. It was a no brainer to stay here again. This time it was for a special reason. My cousin was proposing to my roommate at the arches. The hotel staff helped me keep it a secret and helped me make sure it was a surprise when I got to their room so I could decorate it while they were at the arches. They were so kind and so helpful and thoughtful. They really outdo themselves every time I stay there. Will definitely be back again! If those who work there see this, THANK YOU! -Jenni Lym

The breakfast was great for price of the hotel. What it's missing compared to others is just gravy and potatoes and some sort of pancake/waffle set up. I did very much enjoy the egg toppings though. The room was an incredible size, easily fit my family of 4 and never used the pullout bed.

The mattresses were very hard. Definitely not meant for a side sleeper. There was a lot of sand in the hot tub/pool would be nice to see a cleaning attempt at least daily on weekends. A better enforcement in parking lot with trailers and side by sides. Maybe pay extra if you plan on taking up more than 1 space. It was upsetting to see many people take up 3+spots.

Rooms were large, plenty of space for luggage. Enjoyed having the sofa to chill on rather than the bed.

The door was not very soundproof. Could easily hear all the comings and goings. There was no hook for a hand towel in the bathroom, and the shower rack was IN the shower. How can we reduce and reuse when our towels are never air dried to reuse.
