Unbeatable value for location and amenities, so I stayed 4 nights. Yes, it's rustic and that's part of the charm. It could use some vacuuming behind the night stands but overall bathroom was clean with a great shower and plush white towels. Some of the most comfortable beds than even high-end hotel chains, with crisp, clean linens. Other than not having a desk and chair to eat at, I had my portable chair in the trunk to solve that and they have a shaded picnic area outside. The kitchenette was perfect for my needs. I brought most of my food and had a microwave and nice sized fridge for storage. Perfect for sleeping in and then spending the days outdoors. That's why you're in Moab, isn't it? I walked to the town shops within blocks, but if you have the patience to wait for the free MAT shuttle, Moab's thought of everything to make this a great outdoor destination without turning into Park City or Sedona.

Lack of table/desk and chair: dust accumulated behind furniture.

The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. It was a little tight, but it had a small kitchenette (microwave, sink, fridge) with a small table and two chairs. It had a dresser and a place to hang clothes. The bed and sheets were comfortable and the AC worked great though it was a bit loud. The maid service was by request which I am sure saved money so we asked them to do it every other day and it was well done. It was right next to the grocery store and gas station so that was convenient. We spent almost all our time at Arches or Canyonlands so the dislikes below were mostly moot.

A little more room and would be nice. I suggest that they change their by request to that model. The place was a little far from the rest of town, quarter mile or so till you get to the bulk of the stores. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was across the street.

My husband and I traveled over 15 hours by the time we reached this hotel, however, we had it booked ahead of time. We were both exhausted and completely drained but knew we wouldn’t get to the hotel until 2:00 am, so when we reached the office doors, obviously it was closed/locked. But the manager had taped keys and a map of our room with our name onto the door and called us in the morning to sign the check in paperwork. That was awesome. The room was clean, the AC and shower were both perfect. I am 7 months pregnant, and can easily be grossed out and this place didn’t have anything to be worried about.

Not posh...Good clean quiet accommodation. We had 2 very comfortable beds, good shower and bonus, little kitchentte space, shelvess, fridge, microwave, and sink.. away from other amenities. (happy dance). Big comfortable beds, pillows and air con. Absolutely delighted for the price. AND unbelievable option was use of pool across the street. Heavenly on a hot day. Definitely on my "return to" list.

Toilet paper =weak.( If that's a tissue issue bring your own) 😅

Nice rustic place to stay in the center of the city and close to restaurants, brewery and grocery stores. Its only 5 miles from Arches National Park and other outdoor activities in Moab. The room we stayed was okay and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms are small and the carpet is little outdated in the room we stayed. Changing new carpets will make this rustic place even better.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The small kitchenette with the fridge and microwave were great. It is very fairly priced.

The room was barely big enough for two beds and space to open on suitcase. I was traveling alone so it wasn't an issue for me. There are no easily accessible plugs by the head of the beds. I had to unplug the clock to get access to one.

Despite other reviews, we booked. It was very quiet. Absolutely no noise from traffic or other guests. I enjoyed the AC/Heat unit because it served as great white noise. It was clean and in a safe area. The front desk staff were fantastic.

It was a bit expensive for what you got. The property is very dated and there isn’t much room in the rooms but I’ll overlook a lot for my top 3: clean, quiet, safe.

I loved the old 60s lodge feel of it, but with all the modern accommodations. Being that Moab is essentially a one road town, it is close to everything :) The staff are super friendly & accommodating. It was clean, and being a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I will definitely stay there again if my travels take me to Moab.

That the hot tub was out of order.

Nice and homey set of rooms right in the middle of Moab. Ample parking near my room and there is a hot tub. Room had a mini kitchen for longer stays. So convenient and the reception staff was helpful and friendly. I will stay here again. The other guests were quiet so one can get a good nights sleep. Coffee available at the reception desk.

No negative comments.

Inn was very near Arches national park. We used the laundry facilities and greatly enjoyed the kitchenette and the hot tub, which was the perfect temp. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to change our itinerary when our plans changed. Truly convenient and comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy road

The contraption for soap etc in the shower kept falling and was pretty inconvenient. Would be nice to see this replaced with refillable eco friendly dispensers as many hotels have done
