Beautiful lobby, room was clean but small for the price. View on 3rd floor was of tress, which is better than looking at another building! We loved having a fire in the room but sadly it didn’t work. We loved having a breakfast buffet, although limited choice for dietary needs and no time to wait for a la carte. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hot tub and pool was excellent!
Heating system very noisy so did not sleep well at all. Fire in room was not working. Shower curtain pole precariously glued onto tiles and fell off in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic. (The buffet was the reason we chose a hotel over a condo. We have kids and like a quick access breakfast before a days skiing. Not enough healthy gluten/dairy free buffet options. Sometimes the potato and egg options were swimming in cheese/cream and potato gratin was very oily. My 8 year old daughter struggled with the hot and heavy cast iron lids burned her hand. The waiter was quick to give a cooling gel pack. Too long a walk to our room with tired kids and tired ski legs.

Staff was very friendly, seemed ready to assist with anything you might want or need. Great spot for skiing, direct access to ski from resort to lifts. Love that! There is a shuttle to take you to Main Street, unfortunately only one which didn't seem enough for peak season.
For this caliber of a resort I had expected more dining opportunities, room service was good but not great. Some due to Covid procedures which is very understandable. Found inconsistencies in the delivery. Shuttle to Main Street was nice but only one ride per hour and limited space.

Loved that they allowed pets! They even had a wall set up to take photos of pets that stay there!! Everyone provided exceptional service to my family and I!
Nothing too much. Wish that their menu was expanded and that they stayed open for dinner a bit longer than 2100, but that is just nit picking!

Breakfast was a big disappointment. I needed two coffees and a toasted muffin to go. The server gave me the coffees but decided to help the only other customer in the restaurant. It took over 20 minutes before she got me such a simple thing. By then we were late and there was no time to complain.

The first room I was given was very dingy, rundown and quite unpleasant. I was staying for 6 nights and requested a brighter and renovated room and happily my request was accommodated and after that it was a really great stay.

Location was brilliant, the room was lovely with beautiful view. Staff super friendly. Ski in and out, ski rental place in hotel. All very convenient.
The mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable, everything else great.
