AC Hotel Park City

Very nice hotel, walking distance to the outlets and whole foods. Very friendly staff, Alyssa, at check in who made use feel very welcomed. Great breakfast (extra $). Clean, comfortable and would easily stay here again. Note, this hotel is very close to Olympic park, but about 20 minutes to downtown, historic Park City.

Nice updated rooms with no carpet in the rooms. Not wondering how long it had been since the carpet had been shampooed. Breakfast was extra cost but it was fresh food with lots of variety.

The pool was out of service and we were not aware. I wish I would have not checked in and went to a different hotel. Hotel chain points were offered as consolation but I am not a member. I also thought breakfast was included in price but it was extra.

We had the breakfast on one day, it was delicious. Fair price also. Staff was super accommodating of bikes and toys I needed to keep in my room.

No dresser or drawer space for clothing, so we left our suitcases open on the bench. A little harder to stay organized like that. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is located in Kimball Junction near the outlet malls with several food choices within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and there was a rain shower. The hot tub was hot with jets that were strong enough to provide comfort.

The views were not fantastic but I was there to sleep. The breakfast is an additional charge, and coffee was not offered outside of the room if you didn't opt for the breakfast. The fitness center did not open until 8:00 a.m. which made a late start to the day.

I was given a room with double Queen beds instead of a King. So I had to grab my luggage and returned to front desk asking if there was a mistake, then I was told they were running out of the King room. it would be totally fine if they just let me know about this during checking in.

The updated room was spacious and no carpet so not questioning when the carpet was shampooed last. Breakfast was extra cost but it was fresh and choice of multiple buffet items or hot food cooked made to order.

Did not realize the pool was closed. Was given an option of hotel chain points but I am not a member..

it is my go to or secondary go to place in park city. I like the pricing and I like that there is minimal surprise resort fees and additional charges, I like the modern feeling of the rooms.

I wanted to open the window to assist in cooling the room down to get some sleep. it wouldn’t budge.

No microwaves in rooms. Need to go down the hall. I love that they don't have carpet in rooms but it can be cold in winter so bring slippers.

How close it was to the shopping outlets and restaurants. It was also very modern and open-concept.

The wood flooring in the room was nice (especially since I’m sure many skiers stay there), but it could’ve used a rug around the bed.

Everything about the facility and the room. Very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable.

Atmosphere was a little uppity for my liking, but still very good. Wife didn't like the pillows, but I did.
