Shadow Ridge

The location is the best attraction of the property. Next to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, very easy access to Fresh Market and Old Town via free public transportation unless in rush hour.

The room layout needs an update to catch up with the time. For the one bed room with two queens, the power outlets are hidden in the corner, very hard to access to charge any modern electronics devices while resting in bed. An extra chair will also be a good welcome addition to the only single person sofa.

Unfortunately, we ended up being stuck on the Interstate only 30 miles from the property on the evening of our 1 night stay for almost 3 hours due to a fatal accident so, we weren't able to arrive until apprx 10:30pm which meant we didn't get to do much but eat a snack of cheese and crackers in our room so, we didn't get to find out what we would have liked. The room location was nice with a great view of the slopes (which we did get to see in the morning when we woke up), the furniture and bathroom set up were also nice. Appreciated having a microwave and mini-fridge

Sadly, the sheets on the beds were not comfortable at all which made for a very restless night for both of us after an extremely long travel day which I mentioned above. They are very rough and almost felt like sleeping on newspaper.

Great location for the lifts and getting on the slopes. A 10 minute walk to main street and the heart of Park City. The Epic pass App was helpful in letting us know which lifts were broken down or just not running, and the wait times for each..

Vail Resorts need to up their game as far as lifts not running, breaking down...and quad lines filtering down to enough room for three skiers to squeeze by..and the option of running over to the Canyons wasn't any better with 2 of their main lifts broke down or just not running...Get some skiers on your board and start investing on the mountain ...

Great location if you want to ski or snowboard. The slopes are right next door.

The check-in counter was actually a folding table in a closet with no person working there. Because we checked in after 4 pm, we had to phone a number and get our room key from a combination safe on the wall. I had never checked into a property like this, but it worked out fine. Just took a while to figure out.

Room was outdated. Electrical outlets were tough to keep plugs in the wall. The shower had been redone and was fantastic. Flooring needed to be replaced. Location was outstanding. Hot tub wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

The location was perfect! We parked the car and could walk where we needed to go. The room was very clean and roomy, and the shower was big and really nice. The room was decorated very nice and was quite comfortable.

The pillows were a little hard, as were the mattresses. I tend to like them softer. The pool was pretty small and the kids didn't have a lot of room to play, especially when there were a bunch of other kids there as well. There also wasn't any place to sit while watching the kids except for two lounge chairs, which were already taken.

The staff was very friendly and kindly upgraded our room! The room was beautiful and perfect for our gathering. There was a comfy king with a nice memory foam mattress, 2 queen beds, a twin size sofa sleeper in the master and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The decorations were lovely and the remodeled room was very enjoyable!

I wish we stayed longer!!

I love how it's so conveniently close to Main Street everything is renovated so it looks super nice. if the staff is not there they email you with confirmations and key codes to get in places. I've been staying here for about 6 years and it's always been so great.

It was an excellent location for Park City. Easy parking access and smooth check in process!

The room I stayed in was a little dated, but that didn’t matter. I slept well and have no complaints.

Location was great and staff was great to work with since the job we were there working on kept getting extended. They were great to keep us in our rooms with transferring every time we needed to rebook.
