Great location to ski resorts, places to eat, grocery market, state liquor store. Shuttle service to mountain and free city buss stop across from hotel.

When we checked out we we told that we were all settled up and good to go financially. The next day we noticed there was an extra charge of $322.22 pending on our Visa credit card. I called the hotel and was told that I should call Booking.com to resolve the issue. That the rate that I paid when I booked the trip was not correct. I spent at least and hour and a half on two phone calls with Booking.com to try to resolve this extra charge. I am waiting for Booking.com to talk to the property manager to try to resolve this issue. I feel that something like this should have been brought to my attention when I checked in or definitely when I checked out. Why didn’t this show up on the computer when I checked out?

The location is great, there were many stores and restaurants around, and ski areas are close. The hotel has a shuttle service that is available most of the day and their drivers are kind and helpful as well. Within the room, everything was clean and comfortable. It's such a great place for the price.

The water heater got broken so we didn't have hot water for a few hours (it was an unfortunate fact and we understand these things could happen at any time). The swimming pool is out of service, this was the main reason we decided to stay at this place, they should have put a note on the booking website. They took us to another hotel to use their pool, but their swimming pool was not outdoors, it was not what we expected.

I visited with a friend and we needed separate sleeping in a 1-BR apartment; we got more than expected with 2 bathrooms, comfortable memory foam mattress on the sofa bed, and tvs in each area. We were very happy with the decor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance on the apartment. A lot of thought was obviously put into stocking the apartment; I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there including in the kitchen. More towels than we could possibly use. Property was quiet. Laundry was conveniently located right on our floor. My friend used and enjoyed the hot tub every night. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful. I wasn't even aware the hotel operated a free shuttle to Park City, Deer Valley and downtown; they were so accommodating and were on-call as needed as well as regular scheduled runs to the ski areas. We had a rental car but took the shuttle to eat downtown and avoid the aggravation of parking... and when done with dinner just called and were picked right up. The parking lot is large and we were always able to park right in front of the hotel. No complaints on anything -- had an absolutely fabulous stay and would book it again.

Your staff made the stay perfect! They were friendly and more than accommodating. I asked if I could bring in few things early to put in the room for my sister's birthday and your staff went above and beyond to make it happen. I can't thank you all enough. The rest of the time I found the staff friendly, easy to talk to and willing to answer any and all questions. The rooms were larger than expected and gave us plenty of room. We stayed as part of a girls weekend but the set up of the room would be perfect for a family. We also enjoyed the accommodations and loved being able to relax in the hot tub as well as by the real wood fire in our room. For the price, I could not recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 😊

Easy access to skiing , restaurants, & grocery store. Shuttle drivers show up on time. It was clean and conveniently located.

I was in a 1 bedroom deluxe with my 3 adult children. The only comfortable bed was the master. The bunk bed mattresses and the pull out couch were not comfortable which means only 2 of us slept great

- Hotel shuttle was incredibly prompt, convenient and responsive. - Full kitchen/stove/fridge/dishwasher in the room was well equipped and there are also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

- Hot water was only lukewarm during evening rush. Recommend showering in the morning. - Close to a bus stop but have to make a connection to get to the major routes. Recommend sticking to the hotel shuttle. - Shuttle only goes to Mountain Village in the mornings. Will need to get dropped off at a bus stop for a ride to Canyons.

Nice size space with two bathrooms, kitchenette, living room and two sleeping areas. Shuttle was great. Main bedroom was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed hot tub. Lots of storage space. Coffee always available in lobby. Very quiet for the most part.

Second sleeping area (bunk beds) is an open space right next to the front door. It was very cramped; good for young kids perhaps but not for two young adults. Bedding would not stay on the bunk beds. Pool was closed.

staff great, Lorenzo from maintenance helped me out several times, the guys Tim and Pablo were so great with transportation to downtown in the slopes and so helpful. Close to grocery store, I walk to it. It was just a nice half mile walk. appreciate coffee, etc. in lobby.

Rooms were cold, definitely needed to use the space heater.

the pull out sofa mattress could’ve been more comfortable. It is memory foam which is nice but still not thick enough to hide the springs . Also, the bedroom shower head needs to be replaced

Excellent resort!! Staff was kind, courteous, and welcoming. Our condo was very nice, comfortable, clean, and had all the kitchen amenities needed for our week stay. Shuttle service was great!! Would stay here again.
