Delta Hotels by Marriott Burlington

Everyone was so friendly! Rooms were so clean and the bed was so comfortable!

Our suite was a little far from the lobby but wow it was worth it with all the room we had!

Beautiful new hotel rooms were very clean I had a king bed room I was a little sad it didn't have a microwave only a tiny refrigerator. Bought the bed was comfy it was close to all the main attractions in Burlington. I would definitely stay there again. We came Christmas weekend and the restaurant was open didn't have the greatest experience at the restaurant they were very short staff. But overall it was great. Our room was very clean the bathroom was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant service was poor. They were very short staffed breakfast took a long time and for us to get her check even longer we spent over like an hour between eating and waiting for the check. We had dinner there it was not good and yeah the service was not great. But it was Christmas weekend and we really didn't have many options.

Breakfast was very good. Service at breakfast was good. Personnel in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. At the last minute my daughter's family was able to get a suite next to ours which was very convenient.

1. People in the hall at night and early on Sunday morning at 7 am were quite noisy without regard for others. 2. The room temperature was set at 70 degrees which was rather warm for a comfortable sleep temperature. 65 or 67 tops would have been much more comfortable.

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were excellent.

Had a handicap room. The bed was too high for someone in a wheelchair. Needs to be lower as my wife had to struggle to get in and out of bed. Also, the control in the shower to switch to the hand held shower head is behind the regular shower head which is unreachable for someone that is seated.

Very friendly staff at the front desk. She was very accommodating and was able to answer all questions. Rooms were clean with lots of room. We were there for one night to be close to the airport and it could not have been a better pick.

Very nice clean place. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was courteous and efficient.

The pool had no towels. We recieved snow our second night and it was not cleared. The restaurant in the hotel was pricey for the quality of the food we were served. My card was billed more than I was told it would be on booking.com

Very clean linen and nice furniture. Great location. Convenient to the airport.

The clerk at check in wasn’t happy when I wanted to change my room from the first floor to a higher floor. She did it for me but was not gracious. It is not a good idea to have single female travelers on the ground floor—rooms accessible by windows on the ground floor are potentially unsafe. The floor was sticky by my door also.

our room was supposed to be cleaned after our first night, but the shower and toilet, two things that should have been cleaned, weren’t. Very disappointing …when I told the front desk, I was given an apology, but wasn’t offered any kind of discount or some type of compensation which would have been good customer service.

The room was very clean, good layout, and I slept very comfortably. The staff really stood out to me, though. Checked in pretty late after getting stuck in a squall on the drive in. I was in a horrible mood off the bat. But, the woman who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating in a genuine way. I’m sure she could tell I was shot and took it in stride gracefully. Really appreciated it and it did actually improve my mood. Saw her checking in somebody the next day with the same great attitude. I wish I knew her name but she is definitely worthy of recognition.

Nothing major. Had a good stay and would happily stay again.
