Green Mountain Suites Hotel

i The staff is great! They are friendly, efficient and professional. They really pay attention to small details and are very willing to help. Very impressive! The suite was large, comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were uber comfortable and plush. We had plenty of big, thick towels and facecloths. In the late afternoon we were served decent snacks and wine, as well as beer. A definite plus that we appreciated. The manager is a great guy, too. Very helpful and warm, as was the young woman at the desk.

The food at breakfast was copious, but rather humdrum and the decaf was weak. On the other hand, the orange juice was great.

It was large rooms, friendly staff, other guests were friendly too, as we had a car it was a good location to drive. Good to have free breakfast and coffee and we loved the free craft beer days

No restaurant or bar. After having a few free beers we wanted to stay to have more but there is no bar, so you are then feeling like you are left hanging. And to have no restaurant, it’s a shame as good to have that choice. We are vegetarians, and there was a lot of meat especially the free food with the beers, but as it was free, I probably shouldn’t complain about that.

This hotel is all about location. It's close to every place I want to visit. Parking is very convenient. The morning breakfast is not very good.

The rooms need a major face lift and redecoration. The bathroom is dark as is the rest of the room. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not freely drain. The light fixture made the fixture flash and blink. But the most annoying feature is the lack of daily house keeping room service. It should not be the guest's responsibility to make the beds, get addition soap, toilet paper and tissues. I could understand if this was a low end discount hotel trying to save money, but it is not.

Two staff at checkin were 100% professionals!! From their professional dress - suit & tie, their communication and just out & out pleasant & professionalism - THANK YOU!!! We loved the fireplace in the lobby. Coffee available most of the time. Breakfast included daily was GREAT!! AGAIN - the kitchen staff was excellent. With no place to leave a gratuity, I handed one of them one on our last day - they DESERVED IT!! My wife thoroughly enjoyed our room!! (She's critical) It was clean and completely complete!! Very comfortable!! We didn't cook but the suite was suitably stocked with everything needed. TY. The grounds were nice. We stopped by the fire pit one night & met a few fellow guests. Parking was plentiful at the lot across the street. We will be back to Burlington when warmer out and will most definitely be staying at GREEN MOUNTAIN SUITES!! We really enjoyed it!!! We absolutely recommend!! 💯

I know this is corny, but......I can't come up with a thing you could do better! Of course we'd all like a less expensive stay, but we understand the price of a stay of this quality isn't cheap! If you want to be walking distance to Church St, this is the place for you. We loved this place - keep up the hard work!

The room was a suite, which was very comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The complimentary breakfast, was well above standard. I'm in the construction industry, and have remolded upscale properties such as Hilton, and a 5-star property in Bermuda. The staff was on par with those types of properties, very professional.

I could not have been more pleased. The property was top level in all respects. Perhaps the mattress was not as comfortable as a Hilton mattress, I didn't notice.

Cozy atmosphere in the lobby area; well-designed room layout: we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; having a fireplace in the room made our stay warm and cozy; very clean room, bedding and towels; well-equipped kitchen with quality dinnerware and kitchenware; comfortable bed and powerful shower. breakfasts were of good quality and had everything you need to start your day with a hot meal. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel quality and price range. Highly recommend!

great location, beautiful room and excellent breakfast. (once we found out it wasn’t a continental breakfast).

They only service the rooms if you stay for 7 nights or more per the front desk when we called them after two days of no service. This 7 day policy was never explained nor was it mentioned in the amenities.They said we could swap out our towels but it took two different requests and 3 hours later to get fresh towels. The trash also had to be emptied on request. The Front desk clerk upon checking In did not tell us about in detail about the breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns etc) and also didn’t tell us about the evening happy hour. we missed out on breakfast until the last morning of our four night stay and missed every happy hour.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. For extended stay there was an excellent kitchen area and large refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 doors for easy entry from bedroom or living area. Evening beer, wine and snacks (3-4 days a week) were a nice treat.

The breakfast/sitting area was not cleaned up during breakfast and evening cocktail times. After guests would leave there were stacked up plates, glasses, etc and the tables were dirty for the next round of guests. There was a place for guests to bring dirty plates, etc, but that was not always used by guests or cleaned up by staff.

We liked having a suite and having the living room! We loved the working fireplaces and the seating in the lobby and outside. We loved the pool and whirlpool which luckily was fixed after the first day. Michael and a dark haired woman (We don't know her name) were both helpful.

We were very pleased. I suggest that you offer cottage cheese or plain yogurt at breakfast. I would like plain pancakes or cheese filled pancakes in addition to the apple 🍎 filled one. And I would like to have milk available in a pitcher with the always available tea. Breakfast foods did cool off quickly sometimes.

the lobby is jaw dropping with the huge fireplace as a centerpiece, and the room (really a small apartment!) was gorgeous and so cozy. The beds were incredibly soft and the whole place had a very luxurious feel. The breakfast was good too! I absolutely loved it!

Burlington itself isn’t in the “mountains” but instead is a small city along Lake Champlain, between the Greens and the Adirondacks. Burlington isn’t the best area, though did have a better feel near the university. the rest of the town felt like an impoverished suburb that you might find south of Providence RI or Boston. The big attraction for the area, Stowe VT (skiing), is still about 45 minutes away. The pool didn’t have the same luxury feel as the rooms or lobby, but was very clean and well kept. The elevator looked like it could use a little decoration too. All that said, the hotel is gorgeous and you really can’t beat the price considering how much you get.
