Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington

It was pretty good. Front desk was friendly.

They could use another elevator at opposite end of the hotel for getting luggage up and down. Getting into the shared pool was a little awkward. They told me to check with other hotels front desk, so I'd spend minutes wearing my suite and towel waiting while those folk were on the phone. An outside gate that is keyed to room cards would be better. Also, a better pool towel procedure would be good. Also, better black out curtains would be good. There was only one corner window in my room but a lot of light got through by 5:30am with current curtains.

no meat the first morning but sausage sandwich second day. The room was bigger then what I was use to in a hotel for price. My room was right by an exit door and it appears most rooms were . Even though my room was the last room in the hallway it was still easy to get to the lobby. I saw the gym room, laundry and pool and they look good.

We loved pretty much everything about the property. The staff was amazing, very friendly. we loved the room, the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was so delicious. We were there on a Wednesday so we were there for the complimentary evening snack/ meal which consisted of soup and salad with some bread and light snacks. one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in❤️If you are in Burlington and need a hotel this would be the choice to pick.

The only complaint we had is the running and stomping in the room above. This is in no way the fault of the hotel. Just wish the guests above would have taken into consideration they were in an upper floor. This wasn’t a little running. This was non stop running jumping and stomping hard for about two hours both nights after we went to bed. I’ve stayed in hotels every month for the past two years and never hear guests in other rooms. We were already settled and didn’t want to be “those people” who complained, so we patiently waited for it to stop so we could sleep. Other than that everything was amazing.

Purpose of our trip was to ride the island trail. Biked 20miles and needed to soak in epsom salts but the tub drain would not work. Did not bother asking staff about switching rooms b/c it would have been too much of a hassle and too sore to do it. I have nothing against dogs, but I would have hoped they would grp them to one area b/c it did get annoying w/ the barking. Again, did not complain to front desk, b/c no energy to move to another room even if one was available.

Breakfast was wonderful. However, I have allergies and I didn’t find the staff accessible to ask questions. I was pretty limited both days, but my family enjoyed their breakfast as they have no food allergies.

The pull out couch not very comfortable and it was clear the bed pillows had been used many many times.

I've stayed here twice and both times staff was amazing! I had to leave crazy early the next morning (and miss the fantastic breakfast), so the nice man at the front desk prepared a care package for the road. Wish I could remember his name, because he was the best!

No complaints! This place really was everything I hoped for and then some. Yes, it was a little pricey, but so worth it in my opinion. I'll be back!

The location was fine insofar as although it wasn't within walking distance to Burlington, it was more important to my sister and me that we had a suite with a kitchen.

People in the courtyard laughing early one morning awakened my sister, and because the hotel was booked, we weren't able to add an extra night to our stay.

The hotel was clean, fully equipped with everything you might need, breakfast was good and the staff were extra helpful and nice. Close to a shopping area.

We came as a family and the sofa bed was not ready for us. We were told we had to make it ourselves.

I think has been the best hotel I stayed in the last 12 months for value and kindness of the staff! what a nice place and people! clean, close to everything needed large space clean facility great breakfast included !!! keep up the good work

It was clean and smelled clean

I wish the heat and air conditioning was in the bedroom not in the common room but no big deal
