liked that they had a hot breakfast option (eggs sausage and bacon) rooms were big pool was functional, staff was very friendly at the front desk said hello and goodbye every time we left or entered. Room cleaners were very nice have us stuff if we needed it changed garbages.

Only thing I have to say I didn’t like was the beds were not up to my liking but it might just be me but that’s it!😁

Clean and good size rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Value for money. Good hot buffet breakfast with something for everyone; sausage, ham, eggs, waffles, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, muffins, yoghurt etc

Asked about late check out and the staff was unsure whether this can be allowed, and needed us to call the desk in the morning again to confirm. Luckily, we ended up not needing it. Also, we had booked two rooms and security deposit had to be processed individually instead of under one transaction, since it's the one and same person booking both rooms. Not a big deal but just weird.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Comfort Inns in Northern VA, and this one is in my top two, and definitely the cleanest out of any hotel. The staff is also helpful and polite. When we arrived, our room smelled like cigarettes, so we got switched to another room no problem. The rooms were spacious, and I love that there’s a table where two people can sit and eat. The bathrooms are SUPER clean. There’s a pool in the hotel too, but I never got to use it (maybe next time). The breakfast was pretty good. There were a decent amount of choices, and they were quick to restock. They also have measuring cups for the waffle batter, and it helped me make the most perfect waffle ever (for the first time). We’ll definitely be back if we ever get the chance.

I arrived late and was greeted by a very pleasant woman at the front desk. Although I was late arriving to the hotel the woman at the front desk was very cheerful and upbeat. She greeted me kindly and inquired about my travels. The staff was great from arrival to the next day, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good.

NO Coffee available at night.

No breakfast as advertised, no coffee, room service every 3 days, unless request is made, I feel that is unacceptable

Room was clean, breakfast was plentiful. Lots of hot water for showers. Good parking too. Nice staff at the front desk answered questions.

Nearby chain restaurants were ho hum quality. Not the fault of the hotel, merely a fact of the location. As a woman traveling solo, they were okay.

accommodating to my early check in with a toddler; spacious double room; food and gas within walking distance of hotel; right off of interstate with other hotels of varying star rating; lots of family guests seen; indoor pool was open until 12am but too tired to partake; decent hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, and the usual cold options; will book again for value, cleanliness and location

Ideally located for my purposes and close to local shops and restaurants. Good sized room, well kept by housekeeping. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Curtains in my room did not meet in the middle because the poles to pull them were broken. Breakfast choices were the same every day and limited.

The staff was very understanding and friendly

The only thing that I didn't like was a few homeless people hanging around the front of the hotel. They kept asking to come in the hotel to use the restroom. The staff refused, gave them something to eat and asked them to leave.

perfect location, staff was amazing and accommodating facilities were clean

key card would not work multiple times. every time we had to enter the room we had to go downstairs to get new keys. that was the only thing I did not like about this hotel.
