Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge

The staff was very friendly the gentleman at my check-in was so nice he helped out with all the questions and troubles i had. My overall experience was the best.

The pool was very chlorinated which wasn’t as pleasant. Breakfast is not just a small fee of $10 i wish i was told that in advance. it’s like a restaurant style but cheaper.

So to start this hotel was extremely clean, both outside and inside. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first hotel that actually texted me about 30 minutes after I checked in my room and asked how my room was.

The only downside is that I found it weird that breakfast was not included when the price of the room was on the higher end of cost compared to other hotels in the area.

The rooms where very clean, and smelled very good and fresh. The staff was very welcoming and friendly

Need to train servers a little better. Be clear on prices and on how particular menu items go together. Server was rude.

My husband and I forgot to get some water bottles for our room. So when we needed water at about 5am I used the texting format to ask for 2 cold bottles to be brought to our room. 5 mins later there was a knock and a guy with our water, super quick and nice!

The water wasn't warm/hot for long it went to cold in about 15 mins so only I had some of it and my husband had the cold. Bed was ok in comfort. We both work for Sleep Number so comparing to what we lay on every night just couldn't compare. I loved the blankets and pillows!

I absolutely adored Christopher(Assistant GM). I called down to the front desk with questions, and he was pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Later on, when my family came downstairs, before the football tournament with my sons, I wanted to change my double room to a larger room. Not only did he call to let me know it was ready, Christopher also wished my sons luck with their game. The King Suite was amazing and the soaking tub was exactly what was needed after a long, hot day. Bed was so soft. Another thing-since COVID, I usually bring my own cleaning supplies to clean the room before I bring things in. I did not have to do that here! Everything was sparkling and smelled good...

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. I paid $13/person, for 5 people, to eat. French toast, waffles, pancakes, eggs and turkey sausage was ordered. The French toast, waffles, and pancakes tasted hard and like straight baking soda(the horrible, bitter acidic taste if dry ingredients are not mixed properly). Turkey sausage was dry and eggs had a weird taste, even with cheese added. The only thing I liked was the fresh fruit(pineapple was kinda brown) and the cranberry juice. I spent a good amount for the hotel and for the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs, my family was sadly disappointed. The delivery of food is also expensive if you don't have that many options.

I didn’t like how for 2 nights my neighbors was so loud and kept waking me while she was on her phone all night The first night I called and ask them to speak to her and they didn’t The second night she was loud again laughing loud talking loud at 12am in the morning was a bit much they called her room and she calmed down I know we can’t control our neighbors but she really messed up my stay

Clean and rooms had a lot of space

I didn’t like the breakfast. It was too high for the quality of food you get

The staff was fantastic and so friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. We sat at the bar and had a drink and split a burger that was cooked to perfection. We had breakfast the following day and i requested my mushroom, ham and pepper omelet to not be runny. My omelet was superb and cooked perfectly. We were so impressed with the food, kudos to your chef!

Breakfast was great and rooms were extremely clean! The pool/fitness center was awesome.

For Booking.com, maximum occupancy is 4 and not 5. So my wife slept with the 2 girls in one bed and my son and I in another one. Hotel did offer us connecting (extra) rooms at 50% rate because Booking screwed up
