Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge

The breakfast was good, wished it was longer. The staff were friendly, I know some of them because shop at the same stores in the area.

I wish they had military discount.

The breakfast was fine The lady who served was very nice. The receptionist was also very nice. The room was perfect. It was clean and everything ( AC, coffee machine, power outlets, lamps, TV etc) worked perfectly. I was very satisfied.

The only problem were some of the guests....on the weekend families with young children could be heard running and shouting in the corridor. At around 11:00 pm I called the front desk about it and they handled it perfectly. The lobby, at times had some shady characters but no one bothered anyone going in and out.

Didn't like the bag breakfast however, it was due to Covid.

Ice machine in 3rd floor didn't work.

Your Company charged me double for my stay , the 1st time charged it was correct $326.40 and the 2cd time you charged me was for $370.00 …. then said , sorry , We realize we charged you Double , you’ll have it credited to my account t BUT…. it’ll take a few days to show up….. However , it did take all bit 3 minutes to show up that this amount was taken from my checking g account.

The staff are always available and kind. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There’s ample parking and the area is quiet.

The pool was inhumane. It was dirty with brown film floating at the top. It was unusable

The hotel is very quiet and the air is fresh, the room is airy and the building smell great! The representatives were/are great. Friendly and excited to help you if they can. I enjoyed their presence.

The breakfast 2 go bags sucked! I was expecting more than a small bottle of water, small muffin and chewy bar. I was looking forward to a hot breakfast or something to drink in the morning other than a small bottle of water.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a good variety with the complimentary breakfast. The location is close to many places to eat and shop.

The property was very quiet and comfortable for the most part. That’s pretty much it. But very safe location to stay

The hall wall paper was taped up with painters tape on the 2nd floor. My carpet in my room was outdated and not even that it was not smooth I tripped on the carpet twice. The coffe maker definitely not what I’m used to using there should have been some simple instructions. The lids did not fit the coffee cups offered.

Location, clean rooms and lobby and pleasant staff.

The pool was in very poor condition. Algae growing all over, plaster holes and not well maintained.

They lobby was gorgeous and very cozy.

The gym facility was not the best. The weights were everywhere and there weren't enough towels. Also the wipes that were in the dispenser were completely dry. With covid I wasn't expecting that so I went back to my room to get my own hand sanitizer.
