I like that they called & texted me to see if i was gonna make it by checkin I didn't so the lady was so nice she told me don't worry & take my time when i get there my key would b waiting for me in the drop box i arrived around 8ish or 9 & my key was there waiting for me Thank U.The Rooom was very clean up to date big & spacious I like that it had a stove,oven big fridge & a nice size table plus it could accommodate a family.it very peaceful where it's located.I would definitely come back here when I visit my daughter & granddaughter

I don't like that they allow pet in there what if u have people that r allergic to them & they put u in a room that had a pet

I like the secure operates they have set up with the front entrance. It’s comforting knowing that no one can get into the location unless their renting and have a keycard. And they guy working at the front when I checked in was so friendly and inviting. His customer is amazing and he made me feel so comfortable and appreciated.

I didn’t like the fact they have a sign up at the end of the road stating they have rooms available for $65 dollars a night yet they don’t honor the price. It’s false advertisement and misleading.

We enjoyed the extra space and used the refrigerator and microwave. It would have been ideal if we were spending a week to make small meals there. We only stayed 2 nights. The bathroom and bedroom were very nice. Bed was very comfortable and water was hot and had good pressure for showers. All the extras like kitchen soap, bathroom soap, laundry basket and coffee were wonderful!

Would have loved extra pillows to use. We both use 2 pillows to sleep with. As far as I know, breakfast or a bagged breakfast was not included with the stay. I still thought the price was reasonable based on the size of the room and little kitchen. Thanks.

The staff at Affordable Suites was welcoming and accommodating. The suite was super clean, comfortable and aside from a squeaky door, I have zero complaints. It was stocked with more than enough kitchen items for our needs. We were attending my son's graduation from OCS at the Marine Base in Quantico and were literally 10 minutes away. Near enough to shopping and restaurants without being in the middle of all the traffic and noise. Quiet, comfortable and homey.

This was a one night stay on our way from Florida to Boston, so we just wanted a reasonably priced clean pet friendly room. This stay exceeded our expectations in every respect. It was a large, lovely suite. And the location was wonderful, quiet, somewhat rural, yet only 2 miles from 95. We would definitely stay here again.

Lighting bad in both kitchen and bath. Not enough pans and no pots. Desk chair very bad but manager replaced it. I had to put a bed pillow on hit to sit and work but that didnt help. A few spiderwebs in room and tables dusty.

The space was clean and open. It was nice to see that even the kitchen has everything one would need for their stay.

The only complaints I could give were a smell from the vents on day 2 and no replenishment of coffee after the first day. Both minor issues.

Air conditioning was quiet unlike most other hotels, so I slept really well. Spacious, comfortable, "homey" room with kitchen and living room areas. Very friendly staff. Pretty quiet location overall. Good value.

Check-out process on a Sunday with the office closed - no instructions provided on what to do with the key card. Instructions didn't mention what to do with used dishes either. The room next door had a squeaky door and the resident kept opening and closing it - walls are a little thin. Thankfully I couldn't hear it in the bedroom area.

Great price, super clean, like a small apartment and I could have my dog! Would highly recommend to anybody who's looking to stay for a night or more! This will be our go-to place when we travel South each winter and come back North after our stay! Thank you John and Isabella!

The property was in a great location. for our needs and the staff was very friendly.

There was only enough kitchen supplies for two people when there were three of us in the reservation. Not a huge deal but it made eating spaghetti ( had to use a spoon as there were only two forks) very interesting.
