Homewood Suites Fredericksburg

Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety. The air conditioner was great at keeping us cool but was very noisy. We thought furniture was comfy. Staff excellent. Prompt courteous response to our requests. Location excellent. A+ cleanliness Kitchen excellent. Bathroom very good but should have another grab bar for exiting the tub.pool looked clean and inviting

For the price, I thought it might be more sound proof. The amenities (shower soap and hair products ) are dispensed from wall mounted bottles. I prefer small disposable packets . Not very many amenities offered for price. I like logo items to help me remember my stay. Would be more likely to choose hotel again if I am reminded by a labeled soap or other amenities. Helps me remember the place and feel pampered

The staff was great and check in was fast. The room was clean very spacious I enjoyed the amenities that come with the stay.The location was nice and peaceful that's a plus. My only complaint is the bed it was a bit on the stiff side I rather have a softer bed myself the size of the bed was perfect though I would recommend this location to friends traveling to the Fredericksburg area and I would stay again next time I visit the Fredericksburg Virginia area.

I was in town for a dance competition at the Fredericksburg Expo Center. I was happy that the hotel was located within walking distance of the facility. Also, it was conveniently located to grocery store, gas station, and restaurants.

I truly liked everything about the hotel. If there was one thing that could have been better, would have been the location of elevators. The facility is fairly large with long hallways. The elevator seemed to be oddly placed. However, that is a minor complaint.

Always stay at homewood suites. Great accommodations and staff.

That our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6pm. We had adjoining rooms that were not ready after our 10 hr drive. They did offer us 2 rooms on different floors which we could take which we accepted. They were very accommodating.

Staff was very professional and helpful. The facility was very clean, very pleased.

Maid service was poor, we had to ask for clean towels, because we had maid service for two days. Our stay was 4 days.

Great location. Room layout was great. Full size was a bonus with a small child. Flat screen tvs were awesome.

Room wasn’t clean. It also smelled weird especially when the AC unit ran. My allergies were horrible. Breakfast was just ok. More generic hot food would be appreciated especially for small children.

not having the evening social gatherings. Now only on Wednesday which is clearly a cost cutting item. Breakfast which was good but clearly slipping in quality.

Rooms were very updated and spacious. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen was included. Great location, central to grocery stores, restaurants and the battlefields. Plenty of parking. Very nice and accommodating staff.

Booked a room as a family of 5 through Booking. First room had only one King bed plus a pull out sofa. Cots were not an option. We needed to upgrade to a different room for all of us to have room in beds - thankfully the hotel was very accommodating and, after we explained that we had booked specifically as a family of 5, they did not charge us for the upgrade.

because of pending storm we decide to leave a day early but because we booked thru booking.com (a third party) we were charged for the night. Next time I will probably book directly with the hotel.

the second bedroom bathroom was tiny there was millimeters from the door to the toilet when opened it was miraculous lol
