Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa Short Pump

Really enjoyed the staffing, location, meeting with family and friends. Mr. Gabriel, an exceptional staff member as well as many of the others. Very good staff.

The omlette was oily. The rate is about $30 higher nightly than what is commensurate. Mounted wall ice and water heated fireplace for cool weather 🌡️ will be nice in the Lobby sitting areas. It's very cool down there. Even with C-19 please offer daily room housekeeping services (e.g. bed makeup, trash, towel refresh) especially for the quality and price.

The Location, the facilities, the customer service was great!

It’s not the facility I have an issue with, but more so booking.com’s virtual credit card processor. There has been an issue with processing payments at participating properties, which isn’t the property’s fault but more so booking’s. I hope they correct the error because I will start booking on property websites directly should this continue to be an issue. Hilton staff was very gracious and apologized for the inconvenience

The 2 ladies in the front desk the day I left help me book a taxi last minute, since I couldn’t find an uber, they were super kind. The price wasn’t bad considering the hotel was beautiful and breakfast was included.

I wish the spa was open

This hotel is in a great location. It's near the mall, funny bone, movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants and stores. This hotel is very clean. Beds were very comfortable. They have Shulas steak house inside which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a bar. In addition theres a pool and spa there. Its perfect one of the best I've been to.

my only issue with the stay was the bed. seemed worn out and was not the most comfy bed. Panera could have stayed open longer. Was disappointed I could not get a Panera coffee around noon or shortly after.

Comfortable bed! The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I had a really great massage by Parker Loesch!

There are no robes and no changing rooms with showers by the pool. This means that after you use the pool you have to get changed in the bathroom and then go up to your room and take a shower. For a spa hotel this was disappointing.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Short Pump. We loved the room for the size, cleanliness, and comfort. Our room was quiet. The staff were also outstanding, especially Ms. Asia! My daughter liked the pool and the keys on the app! Walking distance to restaurants and 20 min drive to downtown Richmond. Lots of shopping nearby!

Breakfast Buffett was only offered Saturday and Sunday, but nice breakfast menu was offered for Monday morning. We didn’t happen to catch the Starbucks open for the two days we were there.

Very clean and beautiful. In walking distance to local restaurants. Hallways were quiet and staff was friendly!

The pillows were the most horrific we have had lately. when you lay on them they flatten out. when you double them up they are flat and hard as a rock. fought with these both nights as we were told those were all they had. looked good but terrible to sleep on

Everyone here at the hotel was wonderful anytime I needed to ask a question or directions or anything they were great the hotel was comfortable very comfortable the rooms were large the bed was very comfortable sleeping was great it's great value it's in a very good location shopping walking and there's so many things around here to do

The only thing that I missed and wished we had had here was a small microwave in the room which we were used to having and some coffee downstairs and the lobby to be able to go down and get although they had the pot for the room here it didn't work very well but I usually I'm used to having coffee downstairs that we can just go get a cup of
