The breakfast was good except for the eggs. The selection was excellent but the hot food was basically the same thing both days. Thankfully it was something my kid would eat.

We had to change rooms because our bathroom light wasn’t working. We checked in mid afternoon so we could come back and take showers after my sons game, we stopped at the front desk on the way to the game to let them know the light was out but when we got back (4 hours later) they hadn’t even looked at it. We had to wait for someone to come fix it then after 20 minutes found out it could not be fixed, we had to change rooms so only one person got a shower before dinner( the staff tried to make it right but it was disappointing) also the hallways, breakfast sitting area and lobbies were uncomfortably hot.

For the purpose of our stay, the location was great. we lost power from a snow storm and recently moved and we’re not prepared to run our generator so we needed a night to stay warm. The hotel was beside a Cracker Barrel and could get a hot meal and go right next door and have a warm bed. we are a family of 5 and had 2 full sized beds and a pull out couch which fit us perfectly. it can be hard for a family of our size to be comfortable in a hotel. Ot was also great to have a hot breakfast the next morning not knowing when we would have another hot meal for the day given our power outage situation.

Although the hot breakfast was a wonderful treat, the options were scarce. We had the choice of eggs , French toast sticks and Turkey sausage and a hot waffle iron. Everything else was bagels and cereal. Other hot options would be been the cherry on top like bacon or beef sausage. But I also do now know what the kitchen is like and they were doing some renovations. The price was right for the one night we needed and we are thankful for the warmth and the food!

Loved the layout of the room. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the bathroom. Bed was super comfy. I appreciated the desk for a space for me to work in the mornings.

Don't know there is much you can do about it but you could hear above us pretty well.

I liked the layout of the rooms, the amenities and hotel location.

Included breakfast could have offered more than just one breakfast meat and food could have been warmer.

Comfortable beds, well maintained and friendly staff. You could walk to the Cracker Barrel across the street. Likes that breakfast was included. We stayed here for one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. It was a nice place to be traveling through. Would stay again.

The shower amenities/toiletries were empty.

The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was reduced because of COVID and it’s to be expected - grab and go bags with fruit, muffin, granola bar, and water. Shower has pump bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner and that’s nicer than the tiny sample size you’d get elsewhere.

I didn’t have breakfast. But the staff was great.

I checked into my room and the door had the latch in it. It was open and there was ice in the ice bucket, food in the Fridge and the bed was kinda messy but no big deal i called downstairs and he switch my room with no hesitation.

The cleanliness and the staff was very pleasant.

The breakfast list was limited on fresh fruit. Only had bananas that was not ripened. Salty bacon, scrambled eggs and soft French toast. Also the toilet did not flush well.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bed was decent, blinking light from smoke alarm on ceiling was pretty bright when were trying to sleep, and the room above us must've had some kids that were pounding on the floor most of the night,

On my second night I had to book into a different room since there wasn't room availability when I first checked in. The bathroom shower curtain in the second room was dirty.
