Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Stafford Quantico

We found the properly SPOTLESS. I understand you recently performed a major upgrade to the property and everything was perfect! I wish to especially compliment Anastacia (sp?)! She greeted us with the greatest of courtesy, professionalism and respect. I observed her interactions with all who entered the property and always a "Welcome!" or "Welcome back, how was your day?" I have been self-employed in multiple technology businesses over 40+ years and can say with authority she exemplifies the best of the best of customer service. Thank you!

Everything was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I talked to was nice, looked and acted professional. The gentleman that helped me when I checked in got me all straight. I had put to many days on booking.com. He fixed it for me no questions asked. Two beautiful young women were all smiles when I checked out. I used to live down the street but moved away. Still have family in the area so will be staying there again

Only con was lighting and really just the bathroom could be a little brighter

The staff were very helpful and personable. Breakfast was very plentiful and had so many options. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower curtain was too short for the shower and the water got all over the floor. Also, we had 4 registered guests and only got 3 towels.

it was very close to my son’s apartment.

I had to make a u-turn to get into the hotel. I had a Chevy Silverado and was worried I wouldn’t make the tight turn. also, my husband was driving a 26 foot uhaul van. he drove to the back lot and found out there was not much room and he’d have to turn around back there.

It was a comfortable room -- the bed was wonderful. The receptionist was quite nice

The breakfast here was dreadful -- I finally gave up on the eggs the second morning and everything else on the third. I also wish I knew that there would be no maid service; I'm okay with that, but would have liked to know

The breakfast was limited. The basics were there and were of decent quality. More choice of fresh and hot items would be welcome.

The air conditioning in the room was either very cold or not cold enough.

Customer service was awesome and you are very close to the metropolis that is Stafford. Outlets are on everything, so you can plug in anywhere. Water pressure was great, heated up quickly. The bed was very comfortable. They had an empty mini fridge and a microwave.

The curtains that aren't see-through don't close all the way so there is no way to block out the sun or street lights. You can hear the highway right outside your window. Pen/paper was not available in the room (maybe because of COVID). Only bag breakfast was available (because of COVID) which was a granola bar, muffin, and a vrry brown banana.

we left early and went to mass, therefore we didn't have breakfast.Overall very pleased

drinking water available in the room. Also somewhat disappointed with tv channel selections.Could be more of a variety.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were moved to two queen rooms. I booked a king studio and one queen and was charged the same rate as if we’d had the king studio still. Tried to get it changed, front desk made out it was hard to change but that they did jt anyway, but my card still has the same charges on it.

Very nice staff. The room was easy to find once I got off the elevator. It was late when I finally checked in so I didn't take notice of much around the lobby as I just wanted to get to my room.
