Best Western Aquia Quantico

Okay to be honest the Hotel is tired and needs a refresh desparately. BUT the staff more than made up for it. We arrived at 9am and of course our room was not ready. But the front desk person (Sonya) was truly amazing. She saw how tired we were from just taking a red eye from San Diego. We had a wedding in the afternoon and desperately needed some sleep. She said she would call me and would put her cleaning crew on the first room available when they arrived. Sonya called me in an hour and we were tucked in 15 minutes later... She truly went above and beyond and didn't have to do that at all!!... Very much appreciate her and all the staff there.... and the room was spotless. Yes a little tired but CLEAN is KING in my book when staying anywhere!

loved the breakfast-this was our main deciding factor in choosing this place. We have stayed at Best Westerns, and have always enjoyed thier breakfast. Beds were very comfy, and room was clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful and curteous.

Bit loud in parking lot, especially for 11:00 pm. Lot of "partiers" and kids running around unsupervised.

The breakfast is more complete than other motels in the same price range. Plus, the hostess in the dining area was super friendly, without being intrusive. She had a lovely accent from northern PA which she acknowledged many presume she’s from Minnesota.😊 All the other touches were nice, too, including a shower cap, iron, and clothes steamer.

I called ahead for an early check in and Angel at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and very kind and understanding., super friendly. We left at 4 in the morning and were still able to get a grab and go breakfast. There was lots of shopping close by and plenty of places to eat. It was a clean room and well decorated which I appreciated. I liked the instructions on the mini fridge on getting it cool.

I didn't get any receipt when I checked out. There was a yellow plastic glove and a long dark hair in the sink when I arrived (I figure the maid who was just in there forgot it). Hotel was on a busy street corner. It was slightly more than I wanted to pay for a one night stay. Breakfast could be improved.

the cleaning lady was banging on my door at 8:00 and I told her to go away. she kept banging almost every hour until I left. when I was leaving she held the door open and legit went in the moment I was leaving. I told her to get the hell out because I was still gathering my belongings. kinda weird but she’s lucky I slept great :)

Well everything was good and we paid cash after we got there and got my bank statement this week when I got them and they charged my card so I got on the phone and called there was a issue of my names being spelled wrong they will be refunded my money back . But was a little pissed about that because if I didn’t have money in the bank it would have messed up my whole account . Because we always pay cash . We don’t use cards to pay for hardly anything .

All pretty good. Breakfast was very good, very. Water fountain, ice available. King size bed was very comfortable. A/c quiet. Fridge works.

The toilet was old - very low :) I find our stay a little overpriced.

The door lock didn’t work and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. Other than that it was a pleasant room. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of variety.

The door lock should have been checked when installed. The air conditioner needs to be serviced.

We didn't get to eat the breakfast because we arrived at 5am but I spoke with the woman at the front desk who was very nice and accommodating and arranged for us to have a noon checkout so we could get some sleep. We were very happy with the comfortable, clean arrangements.

The front desk manager was excellent. Very professional and accommodating. The rooms were spot less. Even the bathrooms looked fresh and clean.

When we entered our rooms no air was on so they were hot. Very uncomfortable until the rooms cooled down.
