Comfort Inn Woodstock Shenandoah

Three breakfast was better than I expected. The eggs were very nicely done. They were NOT the pre-made frozen poor quality type that is often served in breakfast buffets. They appeared to be freshly scrambled. The sausages were also good. Coffee also was good The room and bed were well done and clean

Fan vent in the bathroom was partially covered with dust and lint. The corners of the Shower tiles around the bathtub need to be cleaned better. The refrigerator had an annoying whine.

We are forever grateful to the staff at Comfort Inn especially Aaron. We checked in late Saturday after having car trouble on our way back home to Boston. We checked out Sunday and waited in the lobby while our car was getting fixed. During this time the staff was very accomodating, and never made us feel like a bother to them..Since our car issue didnt get fixed in time, due to missing parts we had to stay one more additional night..The staff was extremely accomodating, and helpful. We were traveling with 4children and 4adults

The staff all made us feel welcome even our dog. Plenty of space to walk your pet and it is all well lighted. The "doggie bag" with biscuits and a poop bag was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a nice as well with choice of three items and water. Excellent coffee was available 24/7 and bonus hot chocolate along with good tea brands. Beds were very comfortable and we have bad backs. The hotel was very relaxing and another bonus - the keywords worked the first time! Highly recommend!!

Not so much a complaint but we like to sleep cold and we couldn't get the room under 65° . The tile in the bathroom Next to the shower was wonky. Also would be nice to have had a tub, but that being said the shower was amazing.. great size

I though it was perfect for a nice peaceful night in. It was very clean an quiet and in a nice area that made you feel secluded but yet close ti everything. I hope to be able to visit again and really enjoyed my stay.

honestly i don't have any recommendations, i really liked everything about it. the staff was friendly and quick to help. they got us in early and let us have a late checkout. truly was an outstanding weekend.

Stopping off the highway. This hotel has very nice staff. It is clean, and has a comfortable bed.

They offer a breakfast with your stay, but it was served to you after you pick from your room and it was an assortment of stuff you would find in a vending machine. Nothing hot or cooked. Had I known that I would have gone to Holiday Inn. But the price was far less than Holiday Inn, so I wasn't too disappointed.The staff told me it was a temporary situation.

I am booking this hotel again. We travel from New England to Florida regularly with our 60 lb. dog, and this is the only hotel we've really really liked. It is right off the highway, the dog rooms face the central yard, and every fast food restaurant you could want is practically in the parking lot. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities you would expect, clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. A definite keeper for us.

Incredibly comfortable beds! Pool is maintained and cleaned daily! The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This was my third stay here as it is a convenient location for sightseeing in the Shenandoah Valley.

Quiet room location, even though it was across from an elevator. Nice presentation and variety of breakfast food choices. Exceptionally pleasant and friendly front desk staff!!!

Room was very clean, but disappointed that sheer curtain had rips and tears in it. This was a turn-off for an otherwise nice place.

Nice location to the state parks, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

The phone wasn't working in our room, the toilet wasn't working properly and exploded all over the bathroom and we had to get the lady at the desk to come up and reprogram the TV so we could watch it. The remote didn't work.
