Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Marysville, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was on the newer side so it was contemporary in design. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was ample and a lot to choose from. Furnishing in the rooms were in very good condition and the rooms were kept very clean.

The doors to the rooms opened and closed a little loud. The floors creeked in the room above me and as you walk doen the hallways. The restroom layouts were a little difficult to manuver around inside, they were a little tight.

I arrived an hour before check in and the front desk person ( the guy in the wheelchair) not sure of his name , was very accommodating and went up and beyond to help me out to see if my room was ready. Not only did he get me a room that was available he made sure my room was clean and ready upon entering the room and made sure I had extra bedding for the hideaway. I like that he is very professional at his job and made me feel very welcoming.

The only thing I didn't like is that the elevator floors were always dirty. That could use some more attention.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Love that there’s a work desk and little coffee station. Fridge and microwave. Bonus is the pet food bowl area. Careful attention to this detail is excellent! Breakfast was excellent. Allows for two pets (Large Dog and cat). Facilities are excellent. Dog potty area. Close enough to walk to convenience stores and groceries.

I didn’t like that some guests didn’t pick up after their pets and tons of cigarette butts. I appreciate the hotel taking efforts to help with this effort.

Breakfast was great, bed were great. Close to everything you can walk to Applebees.

The pillows were horrible. The hot tub was down for a few days. The front desk made it right I can’t remember her name. I think it was like Gretchen or something like that. She went above and beyond service.

Everything! Wonderful location, awesome adults only arcade shares the lot, lovely pool, INCREDIBLE breakfast, room was big, bed was so cozy we didn't want to leave, and the casino will shuttle you complimentary! Staff was so kind and helpful. We will be back.

breakfast was great! Didn't realize there were many different rates for the 7 nights. We thought it would be one single low rate. Was surprised at the different rates.

The beds were one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Pillows were perfection as well! Customer service was wonderful. Loved the ease of the shuttle!

The drain was slow in the bathtub. There were also some wires hanging down by the front door - maybe a disconnected alarm or something? I was also unable to use my charger in the outlet by the beds.

We traveled for a fast pitch tournament that ended up getting canceled as soon as we arrived. Our hotel was non refundable so we decided to make the day of it. We swam in the pool which was nice. We were in a king suit. The room was spacious enough for our kids to play on their oculus. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. We will definitely consider staying here for any future games.

The toilet in our room had pee on the backside of the lid, the bathroom counters had eye liner flakes and the shower had that orange scum in the corners.

The room was very comfortable, and the mattresses exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the breakfast selection, with items that my daughter and I could both enjoy.

The room was somewhat cold at night. I would have liked some extra bedding since I prefer that to turning up the heat. It would also be nice to have alternative choices for dairy since my daughter is vegan.

Friendly and courteous staff.

Lobby and elevator floors not cleaned on the weekend. Laundry facilities not fully operational. Ashtray out front never emptied. Underground parkade was filled with random items strewn about. Not great lighting in the parkade.
